Terrible :) They canceled my order without contacting me and then when i called the guy was less than pleasant and said i could come pick up an order but they would charge my card again and it would 30 minutes. I would be charged twice. I placed this order ahead of time, hours before, so plenty of time to contact me. Better staff would probably benefit the store. The staff is terrible made my boyfriend wait 20 mins for our pizza we placed over the phone just for them to say they didn't have my order and had a nasty attitude towards my boyfriend and had to call them and complain to re-order and my boyfriend had to wait another 20 mins just for that. never ordering here again. manager needs to do his job and correct them or he needs to go too because it is ridiculous how bad their customer service is and how bad they can't take accountability for their wrongs! read more

Lydia at this location will not work with you. Had an order that was delivered. It was disgusting and the grease is leaking through the box. It went in the trash. Do not order the Caesar salad. It was not fresh mushy and the croutons were stale. Last week our order was two hours late as we had workers at the house. I told Lydia about the nasty pizza and salad. She said it was my fault that I would need to pay for new food. This is totally unacceptable. I explained to her that their are other pizza places in the area that I could take my business too. She told me OK .... I have called corporate and reported this type of behavior for as much as we're paying for food these days this is unacceptable. One Loyal customer is gone. read more

ZERO stars!!!! This place sucks!!! My daughter put an order in at 9:05 for a simple pepperoni pizza. I. Allied 2 times and their manager was not very nice. The last time I called at 11:15 he told me our pizza was delivered to our neighbors and there was nothing he could do but cancel our order. Please don't waste your time here go anywhere else!! Someone needs to train the so-called General Manager, customer service. Last night I ordered 2 med pizzas one being just vegetables and no cheese due to my wife being a vegan. When it arrived the vegetable pizza had cheese on it so I called and spoke to the so-called GM at this location and told him what occurred, he immediately said to me that I had ordered multiple cheeses on that pizza at which point I said I have the proof on my Dominos app. He got mad and hung up on me twice!!!! Long story short I drove there for him to rectify the error and show him the proof of what was ordered, he refused to rectify and even look at my proof from the app and told me he will not refund or rectify the order and that he will have me trespassed. I called the police and they showed up and at the end of it all, they refunded me for both pizzas. I will never purchase from there again!!!! Dominos needs to take a look closely at this franchise!! read more

Quite frankly I've never had a problem with this store. The food has always been great and on time. Probably order twice a month at least.

My husband and I ordered a pizza from here, (usually a spot we go for pizza on occasion) when we walked in they had all the precautions of what should be done to keep the "social distancing" in tact. But as we were paying for our pizza we look back to where they make the food and noticed the lady making a pizza NOT WEARING GLOVES!!! We looked at the guy who helped us and we said "you guys don't wear gloves here?!" And he kind of paused and proceeded to say "no" You would think for one to wear gloves when making other people's food is just common health practices. Ordered lunch today at noon, said it would be a 15-30 minute delivery. Food didn't arrived until a little bit after one. It was ice cold and my 2 liter of soda was warm. Not a good first experience! We just relocated into the Parrish area, our home dominos store was Lakewood ranch blvd location, always had wonderful service and never an issue. Tonight, the driver could not find us, which normally i would understand, however, this driver proceeded to tell me she wasn't sure what to tell me after verifying my address with her several times. She told me she would call the store to find out. She was extremely rude. I called the store about ten minutes later and they advised me to give her another ten minutes and then call back. A few minutes later the store calls to let me know the driver had informed them I had hung up on her and my order was cancelled, but they would re place my order if I wanted. Needless to say, I did not. Will not order from this location again, their customer service is terrible. The gentlemen who took my order was nice, everything else about this order was exhausting and unprofessional. read more
