On my 2nd experience Carlos the manager made up for the issues that happened last night by giving us a free pizza and great customer service! The pizza was great tonight and the thin crust was cooked to perfection! Would have been 5 stars if not for the first time ordering. First visit: I received the wrong order and called to correct it. I usually would have just let it go and eat the wrong pizza without complaining but it was burnt to a crisp! Even the toppings were burnt BLACK! I've called SEVEN times and have been hung up on every time. The one time I got through I was put on hold for 17 minutes and eventually gave up. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. I went to pick up my order since they said it would be ready. Once I get there the guy, who is walking around not acknowledging us, eventually comes to the counter. He tells me, in the rudest way, you here for pick up!? I'm like yes! He goes what's the name!? I'm like okay, and when he comes back he says, "we don't have it idk what happened to it, you can cancel your order idk what you want to do!" I'm like really? They have been delivering to our complex always (note they are 0.6 miles away from us) but all of sudden they have never been allowed to deliver here. So I ordered a pizza online and paid with my card. I always like to tip cash because I want to make sure the driver receives his tip. As I was going through my card, I noticed the charge was different from my confirmation email. Either the driver tipped himself and faked my signature on the receipt (which I never signed) or management decided to charge me extra. Domino's is good for a quick pizza meal when I don't want to cook. Especially the pan pizza. They are quick and the pizza is always hot. I usually order online. However, the past few times, they have messed up one of the pizzas. The one with white sauce, sausage and onions. Simple really. They either put the red sauce on or forget the sausage or onions. The manager that was there was indifferent. He'd tell us you have to call in for this kind of pizza. Why? The when I want it corrected, he'd tell me it was very busy and it would take 2 hours to get a replacement pizza. He'd want to give us a refund instead. Ive ordered delivery before from this dominos, so I ordered pizza and wings here for delivery, I get a call 20 minutes later no one left a vm and I don't answer calls I don't know I then realized it was Dominos so I called back for them to tell me that they don't deliver to my address I was furious because why didn't they leave a voicemail saying that. I ordered an extra large pizza that I paid $20 for and when I got home which is not even a 10min drive it was cold has no sauce semi burnt tastes just disgusting as hell. This place has the worst customer service. 1 1/2 hours after I ordered my pizza and still hadn't received it, I tried to call several times and it just rang until it rang no more. After the 7th time I finally got their hold music and finally a human. My Pizza said it had gone through the final check and 45 minutes later still no movement on their tracker. The guy that answered the phone didn't know what to tell me. All I wanted to know is what happened to my pizzas. The guy said there's one in the rack you want to pick it up and then hung up on me. Ordered a carry out pizza tonight and I was most definitely impressed with the product they put out as well as their customer service. Steven was very polite and thoughtful and even let me check my pizza before leaving. As for the pizza itself, it's delicious, baked until the crust was nice and crispy, topping are cooked through and not over or undercooked. I ordered online and was emailed that my order will be ready in 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the "pizza tracker" showed my pie was ready for pick up so I went to go pick it up. Due to the virus, they are not allowing customers inside and instead, asking customers to call the store and wait in their car and let them know that you arrived. Unfortunately, when you call, it's busy! When I told the one guy running out delivering pies to people's cars about my order I had to tell him my name and order number over 8 times!!! Finally I was able to get hold of some one after waiting for two hours to cancel my order. Not to mention I am only 1.7 miles away, And had only two pizzas on my order. Having ordered delivery for several years from this location and paying by credit card, I would occasionally get some flack from the drivers for not allowing the them to "rub" my credit card numbers on a receipt. I always offered for them to look at the card, I just was not comfortable with them rubbing the numbers on to a piece of paper. The last time this happened, the driver demanded I give him back the pizza and wings I'd just placed in our kitchen. He called his manager and put me on the phone with him. He too said either I allow his driver access to my credit card to rub the numbers on or he'll have his driver take the food back. That's exactly what I let him do. I went on Dominoes website and wrote a complaint. I received a reply soon after stating I would hear back from the manager of this location. Needless to say, I never heard another word. Ordered 2 medium pan pizzas well done from the app last night. One pepperoni came out crispy, but with burnt cheese edges. The other was 1\2 cheese, 1/2 chicken and jalapeño... my standard order... and this one came to us soggy and mushy. Disgusting, especially since I specified well done. Maybe it's just me, but this Domino's has been incredibly unreliable. Last time I ordered, the phone wasn't working, so though I tried to order, I wasn't able (for almost 2 hours). Now the driver has a car issue and I'd have to wait at least 1 hour for 1 hour. Thus wouldn't be so bad if I wasn't ordering on a regular basis for CSU Fullerton. Worst Dominos branch ever! Ordered a pizza and sandwich online for carryout and when I picked it up and came found out that that instead of a sandwich they gave me cinnamon sticks. Called the store and told them they messed up the order. Without being apologetic at all the response I got was "you should have checked the order before you left". When I have them a piece of my mind their response was "bring the order back and we will fix it" instead of we will get it over to you. This domino's is only a mile away from my apartment, so I've ordered online from here a good amount of times in the last two years. In the past, my food was always delivered at their estimated times, but recently they have been incredibly bad. About a month or two ago I ordered 1 pizza and 1 cheesybread around 7 on a weekend. Obviously, i figured they would be busy and was totally ok with their quoted 45 minute delivery time. Unfortunately.. It took about an hour and a half from the time I got the confirmation email. When I called the store, a team member did nothing but apologize, but said nothing other than it'll be there soon. When i got the pizza it was cold. Not room temperature, but cold to the touch cold. We called back to tell them, but they didn't seem to care so much.. Tonight, I decided to be proactive to try to avoid this situation again. So i placed my order of one pizza @ 5 pm on friday night to be delivered at 6:30. Its 7:30 now, and i somehow STILL don't have any pizza..I don't know what it is about this particular location, but Im going to go out of my way to avoid it from now on.
