I am waiting for my food at my house and it is been two hours and the driver is late and I ordered my food at 4:00pm and now it is 6:15pm

I have ordered from this particular location several times to leave a fair review. The customer service in this location needs better work. I always order through the Domino's app which is always fast and seamless. With COVID, I prefer to pay ahead and have always chosen to have the option to pick up my order over delivery as it's so close to where I live. The tracker on the app is very helpful with assisting me if the order is ready. I arrive to the location on time and notify the location by either calling their number or pressing the "I'm here" button through the app. Needless to say, when I did either one, the people who work there have no idea what is going on, that I just end up going inside which defeats the purpose of "contactless." The cherry on top was during my last visit when I had specially chosen to have my order put in my trunk. I arrived on time, parked in front of their store, pressed the "I'm here" button and turned on my hazard lights as instructed on the app. Needless to say, none of these worked. I still had to call, the person delivering my food gave my order through the window. What's the point of contactless delivery then? read more

We've never tried Domino's Pizza before, so we figured that we'd give it a try since it is so close to our house. We ordered delivery last night. The delivery was pretty speedy. That is the only good thing that I can say about this experience though. The pizza was so greasy and had so much pepper that it made both my wife and I sick (heartburn and upset stomach). read more

I ordered for take out service and first of all the person who talk my order couldn't hear me very good and misspelled my name! Then I got my order which I should have checked but didn't (big mistake), the pizza was one of the worst tasting pizza I've had and not to mention I spend $22 on it. Hit or miss at this location. It's either a good pie or pretty bad. Greasy = sign of low quality ingredients. last time I picked up an order and tipped them for pick up they wanted to charge me $1.10 for cheese and red peppers! This location has very fast delivery. On occasion, they have forgotten some things like a dipping sauce or banana peppers but I usually let it go, it's the small stuff anyway. The drivers are pleasant, they delivery quickly so it's always hot when I get it. Quality is average for a fast-food pizza place but I've never had any problems. I get basic pizzas, though, so maybe that has something to do with it. I've never had to speak to a manager, hope it keeps up this way. read more

Love this place. I been coming to this location for the past year and a half. Even though the whole covid things has really messed with other places, this place is still standing. Employees are friendly, they try their best to help out yhe customers, I once had to witness as a young man with combed black hair and a visor run around the store helping customers, making pizzas at crazy fast speed, helping the drivers prepare for their deliveries and stilk manage to keep his composure. Based on his blue shirt I knew he wasn't a manager since managers wear black shirts, but boy does he work and act like a manager. I just can't understand why despite having a huge sign in front of the store to tell people to not go into the store but to instead call, they get angry for having the employees asking them to step outside of the store, THEY EVEN SAY PLEASE. After helping out the customers, they try to apologize for any hard feelings by asking customers to step outside, even explaining why. And then people get mad for being put on hold for a while and even multiple times because they try to call again. Like seriously, if you're on hold and it's busy, and you try calling again in hopes and being helped faster and get put on hold again and wait a while thats on you because you basically put yourself at the back of the line. This Domino's used to be excellent. Within the last year it has gone way down hill. They don't answer the phone when you call. They never delivered my pizza once. I had a credit from a manager when they failed to deliver my pizza and "Nicholas" told me to "prove it." Unfortunately, there are not many places that deliver around here. Walked into this Dominos tonight. Ordered a large pepperoni and sausage pizza for some children for dinner. I waited the 15-20 minutes they handed me the pizza......I opened the box to check the pizza and sure enough it was covered with mushrooms! Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience the girl said something about someone else took my pizza.....TOOK MY PIZZA? More like WAS GIVEN my pizza. The manager did not try to make this right. I requested a refund as I couldn't wait any longer. Not even an I'm sorry ,just sarcastically said, "have a nice day" .....they could have offered to remake the pizza they gave away and deliver it. This location is horrible. We where charged a higher around than we where told for delivery over the phone and called to find out why. We spoke with the manager Oscar Reyes which was a total joke. He refused to honor there mistake and basically told us there was nothing he would do to fix the problem. I love Domino's Pizza and all the sides and chicken however when you get an $5.00 E card gift from Domino's you can't use it at just any Domino's and I use two locations. I should be able to use that $5 discount at any pizza location. Too bad too because I would order more often. read more

Since having to go gluten free, we have tried multiple pizza joints looking for a great GF pizza fix. 9 out of 10 times this Domino's restaurant delivers quickly and accurately. I am a leader in a troop of over 80 families and we are hosting an event tomorrow for the entire district. I stopped by this Dominos and asked for 3 empty pizza boxes to use for merit badge project. The manager said 'No' without offering an explanation. Very surprised given the fact that the families and I provide so much business to Dominos. I went to another pizzeria where I have never eaten before (non-Dominos) and they gladly helped out. For me, where I get pizza for my family or for large meetings will change as a result of my experience. I think the manager at Placentia should get some training in community relations. Dominos pizza baffles me I not sure how a company can stay in business and produce and sell such a lousy product. Dominos pizza just three slices from their large pepperoni will raise my blood sugar from 100 to 600+ in less then 30 min. There pizza has way to much grease that soaks through the delivery box and ruins the taste. I ordered online and decided to get pizza delivered since I wasn't feeling well. Unfortunately this was twice in a week we got pizza but oh well. Last week the delivery guy was a senior citizen so I let it go that he asked me to meet him by the back gate. It's not too far of a walk but when you're sick it is. Last night the pizza tracker told me the pizza left the building at 550. At 620 I got a call saying the delivery guy was leaving dominoes and he asked if he could meet me at the gate. The gate is problematic to get through sometimes so I agreed. The funny thing was, when my husband walked outside the gate had been opened by a car and there was the pizza delivery guy staring right at it, taking a rest leaning up on his car waiting for us. Ridiculous. We paid you to walk to the door which is not hard to find from the gate and there you are not even making the effort. This dominoes is obviously lazy and not organized. Online I picked my sauces, they forgot one and the pizza was also cold since Angel took 30 minutes to bring a pizza to the street I live on lol. Not gonna bother with these guys again. read more

I'm not really sure why this place gets a bad rap. The overall rating is a 2-star when in fact it should be a five star. The people know me and they remember who I am when I call in they already know what I want and they know my address already. Worst customer service I have ever experienced since moving to California. Asked for 40 wings and asked for it to be split in 2 sauces. 30 mango habanero and 10 buffalo. I was told that the order only included 1 sauce. I asked to speak to the manager and another person got on the phone and told me the same thing. I called two other Domino's stores nearby and both took my order with no problem. Since I had already ordered from the Placentia store, I kept my order and decided I would just talk to the manage face to face. When I got there I asked to speak to the manager, the guy that came to the front was young and did not introduce himself. He asked what I needed, and I began to explain the situation. His response was that the owner of that franchise had instructed them that only one sauce was to be offered per order do to the type of equipment at that store. I asked if he knew what exactly that meant and he said no and that he did not make any exceptions to the franchises rules. He had a bad attitude and rolled his eyes. I ordered my food from Oscar Reyes, apparently he is the manager or PIC. I asked for the special of two pizza's for $19.99. I ordered the two and wings. Oscar never told me the pizza would cost more as the pizza's I ordered weren't covered under the special. When the pizza came and it cost $20 more then I was expecting, Oscar was rude to the delivery driver when he asked about the price and extremely rude to me when I asked him about it. He admitted he never told me the price change, but did nothing to make it right. I refused the pizza and wings. Oscar cost his employer money by not making a situation right along with costing his employer a customer. This was absolutely the most unprofessional situation I have ever seen. I've ordered from this location before. The first time was carry out. We live 7 minutes away, and when we got there no one greeted us, no one checked the order, they were all talking in the back about who's with who etc. My boyfriend got upset and walked out, and almost 10 minutes later we get greeted and the order I had placed 30 minutes prior was still being prepped. The quote over the phone said it'd be ready in 35 minutes. So, we waited of course because we already paid online. We got the pizza, it was half cooked/ Then recently we odered online for delivery while driving home. We were about 15 minutes away from being home, so we called in and let them know that if they could delay the pizza so we can get there before the driver does. Amathyst says they already put it in the oven so I tell her lets have it delivered at 6pm (it was 5:35P at the time) she said no problem. We had ordered around 5:15p. She was more than happy to accomodate. We got home and it was 5:50, only 10 min til the pizza should arrive per Amathyst. 6:15P we call back, same girl, and she said she is sorry, it's leaving now... 6:25p: we call her and she says hmmm it should be there any minute. 6:37p rolls around and we call back, she says the driver is going to be there right now. 6:42p: we call and it's a guy that says we're sorry the driver was there but we didn't answer and he could not figure out how to enter the complex. Um, we've been calling your store for over half an hour. Finally we cancel the order and called Pizza Hut and explained our predicament... they felt so bad for the service we got from Dominos... they delivered in 25 minutes and were abe to enter the complex just fine (by walking up to the main entrance) and even threw in breadsticks for us at no charge since we were having a bad night from Dominos. I ordered a pizza at 11:45pm online. Granted it was late but I was hungry so what of it? The tracker said the pizza was being made but stopped before it indicated that it was going to be delivered. I waited an additional 15 minutes to see if maybe it was a mistake or if it would change but it never did. I called the store at 15 after midnight to see what the hold up was and the guy on the phone said that because we ordered so late that they wouldnt be able to deliver the order. He said that nothing had even come through their system though the tracker indicated that the pizza was being made by 'Juan'. He said that I would get my money back within 3-4 business days, no apology. It wasnt even until after the phone call that the tracker indicated that 'Zach' was delivering my pizza. What a joke! My old store is now closed. And this store is trying to pick up the slack. I have to say (coming from someone that has worked for the company) that I am not impressed. Not only did the CSR not get my order correct when I called in for a replacement they messed up again giving me the same pizza I didn't want. Sure they are now trying to make good on it and I am happy for that, but I think they need to pay attention to their customer service guideline and LISTEN.
