She said give us 30 minutes and 30 minutes on the nose, I had food in hand and out the door! We waited without anything to nibble on for what felt like too long. As for food quality, the mac & cheese was tasteless and plain. There was a good volume of it, but no desire to eat it. The Caesar salads we had were pre-dressed and the dressing wasn't that great. The burger was OK, but they served it dry. I asked for ketchup, but I apologized to the waitress for the ketchup request as she seemed to be very busy with the dining room filling up. It was a very uncomfortable feeling to ask for anything because of the vibe. The best thing on the table was the kettle chips, and the side of broccoli that one of my daughters had with her steak was fabulously seasoned. We made it a point to complement the broccoli and asked how it was prepared at the end of our meal when we were offered the check .
