Everytime I order here something goes wrong. Either a missing item or I'm given the completely wrong food. Like yea the pizza tastes fine but why did I have someone elses food in my apartment for 20 mins at one point u til the driver came and switched them. I am writing to let everyone know I bought 1 pizza last week Tuesday Nov 3.We went to pick it up at dominos on Weber rd in Romeoville.The employee came out to our car and brought 2 one was mine the other was this half eaten pizza.I called the store and the manager said sorry that was an employees he was eating.Why would they give us this pizza and with Covid going on to make things worse.I contacted corporate no call back , contacted manger and said owner will call and they never did.I contacted department of health not sure they will do anything. OMG, this is the single worse pizza I ever had in my life. I did try a Domino's once before, I'm thinking like 20+ years ago, and was not impressed. It was while I was on vacation somewhere, a long, long way from Chicago, and they were about the only pizza place around. But now I'm into gluten-free pizzas, and have been somewhat impressed with just about every local place that sell 'em. So when I found out that Domino's sells them too (and they have a location very near my workplace), I thought I'd give them a try. I ordered online, and was happy that my pizza was ready when I got there (a few minutes early, even). The place was clean and the staff was friendly. But unfortunately, the pizza was terrible. The crust tasted burnt, the sauce was way too salty, and the "diced tomatoes" (which I figured would be fresh ones) tasted like stewed tomatoes from a can. How sad. read more

This place is terrible. My sister ordered a pizza an hour before close she goes to pick it up and they have the door locked 40 minutes before closing. They had her knocking at the door for 10 minutes and then the lady behind the pizza station kept pointing at her and shaking her head. Then told my sister the lobby closes at 11pm. No where does it say the lobby closes at 11 pm if that is the case then they should not say they are open until 12. My sister had a better experience with the guy who answered in the picture. However, the bigger lady was rude and ignoring my sister while she was inside and then was speaking aggressively with her. Terrible service do not bother here! read more

Got home from a meeting late and Domino's was one of the few places that were open in the area. I places a mobile order and a few seconds later I got the text that my pizza was in the oven and will be ready in 8-10 minutes. I ended up ordering the specialty veggie pizza with the garlic herb crust and seasoning with the white sauce and extra cheese and veggies. I also got the chicken wings and the carbonara pasta. We left to pick it up when I got the text that it was ready and the location was nice and clean. They also had a great selection of beverages. There's ample room to dine-in as well. We took the pizza home and everything tasted great! The crust was perfect and the sauce with the veggies was a great combo. The buffalo chicken was good as well and it came with ranch. Pasta came in a bowl but it was plenty to share between two people especially with the pizza and wings. I did the coupon for $5.99 per item with a couple upgrades but we ended up saving $10 and our order only came out to $25. Domino's stepped up their game and now I might have cravings for their pizza! read more

Order online at 8p and was told it would take 13 minutes. It's been 40 minutes now. Manager has zero sense of urgency and is talking how she's moving out in a month. She's the only one prepping the dough... the guy working on putting orders together was asked by the manager to find the time order and he responded with " what do you want me to do about it?" Clearly disrespectful but the manager did nothing about him. Entire team overwhelmed. Guy working register is telling people it's an hour to two hour wait and business is just walking out the door. This place is bleeding money by turning people away. Someone needs to get in here and follow up with the management team on how to lead a team during difficult times. A very bad delivery experience. The online order tracker stated the food was delivered more than 20 minutes before the driver arrived. Bear in mind this place is literally 2 minutes down the street. Initially I thought the food was delivered somewhere else. The driver called when I was issuing a complaint to the store manger. I ordered a sandwich, a small order of wings, and a 20 oz soda. It cost more than $18... very much overpriced. When the food arrived it wasn't very hot and the wings were missing the sauce. The food tasted okay but it certainly was not worth the cost. I had an absolutely awful experience at my local dominos. We order all the time and about a week or two ago I ordered a large order online for a party. When the driver got to my house he sat in his car for a while before getting to the door. He tells me he forgot my receipt and hands me the pizzas. I tell him my order in incomplete and he's missing pizzas. He says oh whoops. Leaves some of the order leaves and comes back about 30 minutes later with piZzas that had been obviously sitting there the whole time and were ice cold. Then I call in and the manager was very rude but finally offered a$15 credit. Not okay in my opinion but I wasn't going to argue with him. Then; today I call to use my credit and am told by manager Cody that I don't have one. I explained the situation, explained what happened and told him they said under my number there would be $15. He's said oh well it's not on my computer so I can't give it to you. Can't even describe how upset I am. I then try to contact corporate who never responds to any phone or emails. read more

I ordered from here last night just a medium pizza for myself. The delivery in it self was not too much longer then promised online. When I opened the box none of my sauces were in the box and the pizza was undercooked. I really like Dominos pizza and I'm glad that one has finally come to the area! The pizza isn't old world Italian style by any means, but I still think it tastes great! They are very reasonably priced, and they deliver quickly! It's close enough in town to pick it up yourself to save time! I really appreciate that they offer cheese-less pizza as well, many of my family members don't eat dairy. I can get my cheese pizza, and they are really happy with the dairy-free option! My mom always says it tastes great! Over all, I think it's the prefect solution to a quick dinner, or party food for a group!! read more

Weve ordered a few times since they opened and it took a long for delivery and we understood since it was fairly new. Tonights pizza was awful. I ordered a pizza online and then watched the tracker as my pizza went through each stage When it indicated my order was ready, I went in to pick it up but I was told it wasn't done. I continued to wait at least 10 more minutes and then asked why the tracker said it was ready if it wasn't. The employee's response was that they don't control the tracker. It's automated by the time it should take and people always get upset when their food isn't really ready. I waited more time and then the staff realized they didn't even put my pizza in. They refunded my money and gave me lava cakes but I had to wait even more time while my family sat in the car. Not only was the erroneous "fake" tracker and the incompetence of the staff frustrating but then my lava cakes had a mysterious material in them. I'm not sure what it was, cardboard possibly but, it really was the breaking point for the evening. I'm very disappointed from start to finish with my domino's experience this evening. Ordered pizza lastnight online, specifically ordering exactly what we wanted. Before completing checkout, I verified everything was correct. Pizza promised delivered within 21-31 minutes. After the time allowed, the driver called and said she couldn't find out house. It turned out she had the wrong address. She stated it'd be another 15 minutes before she arrived. I called the store and brought to the managers attention, in which she stated that the address was right the entire time. She also stated that the driver took two deliveries, in which is fine as long as in the same direction. They obviously weren't, because when the driver did call, she was in Plainfield. When pizza finally arrived, it was only luke warm. By this time I was already pissed, and decided not to even waste my time on a pointless phone call. The manager the first time was very unprofessional, and in all reality should of offered our dinner to be refunded. We will not be ordering from Domino's Romeoville again!! read more

I ordered pizzas from here for a party. Called an hour in advance to get 5 pizzas. I repeated the order three times and spelled my name for the guy. I go to pick up the order and they tell me they don't have me order. They looked it up my name and phone number and they can't find it. So the girl tells me I probably called a different Domino's. I didn't have my phone on me to check the phone number so I go back home and call the number again. I confirmed this is the dominos I thought it was. The guy gives the phone to a girl. She says oh I have your order here it was under the wrong name but they didn't have the order right. I ordered five pizzas and they order under the wrong name was three pizzas. So I said why do you have it now but you didn't have it five minutes ago when I was there? Oh well it was under the wrong name. But I even spelled my name for the guy. I was so mad I told her I didn't want them anymore and she said Ok and hung up on me. I called back and asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. So the manager hangs up on customers when they screw up so badly. So I did not go get the pizzas. I went someplace else and waited for them to cook because honestly these people were so stupid and rude, I fully expected them to spit on the pizzas before I got there to pick them up.
