Ordered online and as you can track there was no movement for 40min. I call and she explains they have one driver and she didn't want my pizza to be sitting. Totally fine. My problem is I ordered it for a time frame and if you weren't able to accommodate simply pick up the phone and let the customer know. They have no problem taking your money but when something's on them that's also your problem and it's annoying. The worker Lina totally blew me off which makes this even more annoying. So I made an order online for delivery and they have the option to pay with cash as I have many of times before so that's what I chose after my food was done. They called me and said that they don't deliver to my location because they get robbed a lot from there And they said they can't deliver my food unless I pay before they get there or they said I could come pick it up so I said OK that's fine. I live only 2 miles from Domino's pizzas on Auburn Boulevard in Citrus Heights or Sacramento. However, my pizza was delivered cool by the pizza was not very good. My pizza was dry, so I decided to call and the manager would not talk with me, however, I decided to drive 2 miles to the nearest or to that particular location And I was not given very good service. As a matter of fact, I was treated rudely and they did not offer me a fresh pizza. Came in on this Monday at 1:30 PM for my lunch break and ordered a pizza. When I opened it, it had basically zero sauce, practically just bread and toppings. I thought domino's was greasy and over priced. Well that was the past. I do believe they have improved their recipes. Their garlic white sauce is the best. I tend to buy the 5.99 deal, two or more. I always get 2 pizzas, stuffed bread, and wings. Tends to be about 40 to 50 bucks with tip. I love the tracker on their app. They always deliver within the time I am promised, sometimes a little over but the pizzas still hot. My husband loves the mango habanero wings and the bacon and jalapeno stuffed bread. I prefer the feta and spinach bread. They have become our regular pizza place to order from. read more

Absolutely loved my experience at this dominoes. Its been a while since my last visit so i asked them to surprise me with a "build your own" x-large pizza. Shoutout to the two lovely staff members Lina and Lana who helped fulfill my order. Not all Dominos are the same. We found this one because our school purchased from them and the kids liked this dominos pizza the best. We had been going elsewhere. We tried them and now always head to this Dominos for our go-to cheap, but yummy pizza experience. Dominos 20 years ago was not very good. They had imitation cheese, etc. Now they upped their quality and have great crust and toppings. My family likes it and I can get 3 large pizzas for the price of 1 Round Table or Mountain Mikes pizza. When I placed the order it said 37-47 minutes at 10:13p.m. and when I called at 11:11p.m. I got some rude dude who kept talking over me telling me they are running 2hrs behind. If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered thru the dominos app. The app never told me my order was done. Told me it was on quality check for 40 minutes so I finally went up there. Pizza was spongy and tasted bad but they would only remake one pizza because it was "my responsibility to come get on my pizza when it was ready" even though I never got confirmation when it was ready. She said the app isn't connected to their store so they aren't responsible for any mess ups on their end. What a joke. Never had problems with dominos before tonight. I ordered online to pay cash on delivery. My order was under $22. The website states that delivery drivers do not carry more than $20 change. Delivery driver shows up and says she can't make change because they are not allowed to carry more than $15 change. She says this as she is counting through a handful of bills...a $20, a $5, and several ones. I told her to go make change at the Circle-K and I'll wait. 2 hours later I called to find out where my order was and I find out they cancelled it; stating that the driver is only allowed to carry $15 in change. The driver could have told me what was going to happen to my order. The shop could have called me and given me recourse.
