We ordered pizza here last night and boy did they not disappoint. The pizza was still very hot and fresh which was nice. Not like most places that by the time it gets to you it's cold. My husband and I ordered Marcos Pizza for the first time and we really liked it; it was delicious. Now I ordered again, and my order wasn't what I had asked for. I went to return it, and they told me to wait 10 minutes. It took me 35 minutes to get the other pizza. Said they were very far behind and I tried to tell him about my order. Hung up on me and immediately received a notification that my order was delivered. For starters, I walked in to seeing a lady making a pizza w/ no gloves. I communicated my genuine concerns to the register person and he told me he can assure me they wash their hands thoroughly throughout the the shift. I had the worst experience. I ordered online for delivery after a long day at work. The online application has no chance to review order, so I trusted it took my toppings. So I ended up ordering a custom cheese only pizza. To add insult to worse, I called the location. They said my online order said a custom order pizza wirh only cheese. Who does that? I added three toppings! No review on website. Who runs this. Called location. They said they will correct, but never said I have to pick up. That's why I ordered delivery. Called an hour later to be told I needed to pick up. Please fix this because I love your pizzas. Bottom line: people need to review order online. Disappointed once again. Been ordering ever since we lived in the area. Not sure under new management or what. But, I keep coming back hoping they do it right. I even sent a picture to management. I asked for a 1/2 & 1/2 & add extra everything that is an extra cost & get maybe a couple of extras on a few slices. We're paying $45 plus for this medium pizza. (Our choice). I'm a huge pizza fan and to tell you the truth, I'm not very picky. As long as the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted, I will eat it. That said, I have had bad pizza in the past. Not all pizzas are alike, but Marco's did not disappoint. The crust was the perfect combination of thickness and crispiness. The toppings available are plentiful. The prices are excellent. We went to lunch and got a small pizza and a drink for $8. The small pizza is pretty big. I took half of it home and ate it the next day. When the pizza was delivered to our table, they offered us dipping sauces. The restaurant is small with only a handful of tables, but I think their majority of sales come from take out. The employees were friendly and even offered us to go cups for our drinks. For those that don't want pizza, they also have wings, salads and sandwiches. Give this place a try. Pizza is usually delivered hot and on-time. I have always liked the tracking app but lately they don't use it so it sits showing the pizza in prep forever and then jumps to delivered so you never know what's going on with your order. I hope they start using their tracking again soon. read more

Marco's pizza is my favorite of the delivery chains. Their pepperoni magnifico is magnificent. The Hawaiian with chicken, bacon, Canadian bacon and pineapple is delish! I love the way they do their crust and also, unlike some other chains, nothing is frozen everything is great. I like the roasted taste of the chicken. My only complaint is on occasion when calling in an order, either the order taker was uninterested or extra busy when asking about different specials. Super Bowl Sunday and I need a pizza for lunch. First really heard about this chain by watching an Undercover Boss. My daughter said she had seen one of their pizza delivery vehicles around while out and about. So knowing I needed something good for lunch I did a quick Yelp search and their it was! The location is brand new, neat and clean. About eight tables (all with napkins, Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes) or so, so kind of limited seating. But I'm sure they must get a lot of takeout. I was greeted soon after entering and the gentleman up front took my order. I'm a thin crust lover I went for a crispy thin pepperoni, green pepper and onion. Got to admit. I had to take a picture of the pizza while still in the parking lot. Photo tip - natural sunlight brings out the color in food! Noticed immediately it wasn't the normal slice, but cut across the pizza twice to make squares. I had to try it as soon as I opened it up. It was nice and hot. There was an ample amount of fresh toppings (great tasting onions) with a good sauce that was lightly put on. It's never good to rate nothing but sauce. The large three topping went for $13.52, so not bad. I'm not sure when I'll be back, but I will, next time I'll try one of their specialty pizzas. read more

Pizza was missing toppings. Not good business to not provide toppings that were paid for especially when they are pretty pricey. Also paid extra for side orders and they were missing too. This is absolutely terrible. It rates UNDER Peter Piper pizza (ppp) and PPP SUCKS! Just plan nasty. This place might actually use the same method of cooking pizza as PPP. The crust taste like cardboard. So so Very thin. Super duper watery grease (hard to explain). Prices was reasonable/fair. Staff was nice , no issues there. The pizza is just nothing special.
