We went in on a busy Sunday afternoon. The staff was polite and courteous. While we waited for our subs to be made for take out, another customer began complaining about his bill. He became, in my opinion, belligerent and rude. The staff tried to placate him, but he wasn't listening to their explanations. After a few tense minutes he left. I know his behavior upset the young lady who had dealt with him. She and another employee stood their ground while still being polite and professional. Kudos to them for keeping their cool. The first sub I tried was the warm chipotle chicken and wow! This time I went for a cold sub the California club and it was so good! As a Jeesey girl, I love Jersey Mikes. Their Italian and ham and cheese are delicious. We get our sandwiches Mike's way with extra pickle. Staff is friendly and good is very fresh. I love this place! Food is always good, fresh ingredients and super friendly service. My fave is the Turkey and Provolone made "Mike's Way" (sans the onions, bleh!). I also like to add jalapeños and pickles cuz... why not?!?! They have white or wheat bread and watching them deli slice the meats and cheese is mesmerizing. If you belong to their frequent flyer program, you just punch in your phone number at check out and earn points for in-store rewards. I was surprised with a free regular sized sub during this visit. The restaurant was very clean upon entry and the staff said hello as soon as we came in the door. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The sandwiches were made promptly and there was no line. The ingredients were fresh and the bacon was freshly made. Staff packaged up my order quickly and neatly and all said goodbye and thank you when we left. Sandwiches were tasty and the bread was great. Will return. Ordered: two kids meals, added bacon , #9, favorite turkey and avocado. Highly recommend the turkey and avo. I've been going here for years and really want to give it a 5 star but not after today. This is the second time I've had to deal with this employee at this location. He seems to be the only working the morning shift (10am). Last time I was in he made me a super sloppy sandwich with a side of bad attitude. Today I come in, same bad attitude. I see him making sandwiches with these gross looking gloves; covered in oil and looking pretty grimy. He's handling all the kitchen areas with these gloves, operating the register and even wiping off the counter with them and going on to make sandwiches without changing them. When I request him to put on a new pair of gloves, he asks me "what's wrong with these?" and gives me more attitude. Not sure why this guy is working by himself unsupervised in the morning. He doesn't seem to understand basic health standards. Then when he goes to cut into my sandwich the top bread slides off and he goes on to slide everything back into place. When I unwrapped it at home it looked like someone had sat on it. This is a great location and I love the normal staff here but if I ever walk in and see this guy behind the counter again, I'm walking straight out. read more

I placed an online order at 12:57, arrived at 1:08. My order wasn't ready yet, no big deal, pickup time was set for 1:12. I wait another ten minutes, then inform them that I'm still waiting. I watch roughly 20 customers walk up to the line, get their sandwiches and walk out. So after about 10 more minutes 1:28, I ask if I should just stand in line to order the same sandwich. They finally get my singular sandwich to me at 1:32 (35 minutes), then I got told by a female employee not to come back. 2 stars instead of 1, only because my food was correct and the young man working the front was very polite. read more

This is one of those things where the service has dropped significantly. When they opened, as most businesses do, they had excellent service, the place was clean, and the food was on par. Now, their service has dropped significantly. The young men and women who work there have no real clue as to how to work an order. My last 5 orders have been late. Why? They lost track of tickets. They haven't don't anything to rectify the situation. This last time, my order is later and later, then, their stands outside fall over on my car because they haven't been secured properly. I'm greatly disappointed at what a blatant disregard to the customer service experience this location displays. They genuinely don't give a crap about their customers, and it shows. read more
