Not much to say about the pizza and the food. It's Domino's. Love it or hate it. My family rotates through pizza places and Domino's gets a turn every so often. What I can add is that this location is the best one in Slidell. The staff are friendly and quick. They haven't yet screwed up an order. Just ordered pizza online. It went thru first time, I got message saying reorder, I reordered. . I get to domino on old Spanish trail in Slidell, the manager, well he thinks he is, questions me. I only asked him why my order didn't go thru. He told me , he don't care about what I went thru, it's a higher u problem, he only works off his screen. Wasn't correct answer for me. We ordered a bbq pizza. No extra sauce. The pizza is DROWNED in bbq to the point the pieces are just flimsy and falling apart. I don't know anyone who would want a whole ass bottle of bbq sauce on their pizza. read more

We always take a family vote on where to order pizza for Pizza Night and my daughter always picked Domino's. I've been ordering from this location since 2014 and most of the time the orders are spot on. I have to say that the past 4 delivery orders have been perfect! We tried the stuffed crust pizza, which was a winner with my husband and daughter, it was a nice change and would order again. This order we got New York Style pizzas and it was a homerun! I like the bigger slices and the crust was delish. We have our favorites now and can't leave out the parmesan bread bites. read more

We have ordered from this location twice in the past few weeks, and both times the pizza has been hot, perfectly topped, and delicious. The staff is always friendly and we can pick it up in 15 minutes. Plus, our two medium two-topping pizzas cost around $15 including tax. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION!!!!! Recently I placed an order at dominos on old Spanish trail in Slidell. I placed the order online, and it was a carry out. My daughter made the honor roll so she picked out two pizzas and it was supposed to be a reward. When I came to the store and paid cashier told me to swipe my card I did and the ped flashed 49$ but the cashier told me it didn't work. He told me to swipe again this time the correct total showed for 15.76. He handed me my boxes.... Before I get out the door I get two notifications of the charges on my phone. So I turn around without ever leaving the store and show the person, he grabbed the manager Matthew (who was rude and had no hospitality training or urgency for his customers) he was sarcastic and unhelpful even the employees standing around him were asking why he couldn't give a refund. He gave me a phone number to call after sayingnhe could do nothing to help me. so I leave a block or two away I try calling the number from 2 different phones and the phone was a dead line. So I go back to the store and ask for a receipt since I was never given one or asked if I wanted one. I asked for his name and he got loud and gave it to me. But at that point after receiving a phone number that didn't work I went to the location on Robert rd to get help. They were way more friendly and willing to listen and try to figure out the problem. So from there I got an email. Then we went home so my daughter could eat her now cold pizzas after trying to get a simple refund for and unexplained charge that brought the total of my order up by over 300%. I went back and talked to the gm a couple days later and he tried to find the charge and help me but then told me to come back when it had posted. Today is the first day I made it back since it posted. The whole process has been a let down. And I'm not trying to make anyone have a difficult time or anything but the 49.01 charge is insane for not having bought anything.... Not receiving any service. Almost two weeks later and no one has helped even showing them proof of the charge, not an apology or anything... moral of the story you'll pay 65$ for 15$ pizza either the quality of 5$ pizza. read more

I literally left one star because they actually brought the food to me. I ordered buffalo wings. These wings have a sprinkle of sauce. Literally. So it's soggy buffalo wings with no sauce. I live in an isolated area so if I want pizza and don't feel like going out I rely on one of the main 3 that deliver. To be fair after years in Florida this Domino's was actually surprisingly good when I first got here and maintained that for a while. Unfortunately something has changed over multiple orders. I understand people sometimes have a bad day so I gave second and third chances. The problems persisted. Toppings were minimal. Thin pizzas were over cooked and dry. Pan pizzas were undercooked. Desserts were overcooked. Sandwiches overcooked to the point that the meats were crispy and dry. They are one of the cheaper options but lower prices don't justify poor quality. To end on a good note, the delivery drivers were always polite and always arrived prior to the estimated time. read more

Ordered 3 topping thin crust 14" pizza, toppings were barely existent. Worst part is they didn't apply my coupon and with tax, delivery fee cost $31.77 before tip. I called about coupon they said couldn't do anything about it after the fact and referred me to corporate because they were a franchise. Corporate directed me back to store. Always have nice delivery drivers and on time for the most part but I'm just hoping they can stop forgetting to bring marinara sauce whenever I order cheesy bread which is normally every single order. This is the best Dominos in the area. Normally, all of my experiences with chain pizza places have been the opposite of pleasant. But this Dominos has always been great. We have never had a messed up order, a delivery take longer than expected, or any type of negative experience. They are friendly on the phone and in the store. Food was horrible!! Thin crust pizza was extremely soggy. Pizza looked like they just threw the toppings all in the center of the pizza. Pizza had a weird taste to it & to top it all off the pizza was not cut all the way through. & don't get me started on the stuffed cheesy bread. I ordered the stuffed cheesy bread with the spinach and feta. There was no feta cheese, the dough was super gummy & undercooked. Awful. Just awful. I order from this Dominos quite often. I recently moved and accidentally sent my order to my old address rather than my current. After an hour went by I called the store to find out what's going on because of the long wait. I was told of my mistake and admitted that I made the mistake and even apologized to the young lady. I gave her my current address and then said again yes that was a mistake made on my end. She then says well that's a completely different address. Well obviously I stated that and didn't see the need for her comment. As well as my cell number is on my profile and did not receive a phone call to say hey we have your food but the address is wrong. So I guess tonight I'll be eating cold pizza. Fast, friendly service and the best pizza in Slidell! Great deals on carry-out and fast delivery if you just want to stay home. The only pizza in town this good is the Old Spanish Trail location. I love the garlic sauce they put on the crust, it's better than it used to be. The lava cakes are awesome and I love the new brownie. read more
