Very disappointed... so we just purchased a Dixie direct card and thought we were getting a great deal. The card says buy one large or xl pizza and get one free. The guy said to bring the card in and you will get the discount.. so I got there and got my 2 pizzas and he said $19.84 and I showed him the card. I said are you sure about the price it should be an buy one get one free. He then confirmed yes, again. So I left and came home and called the store. A normal price large is 8.99 plus tax. I have been impressed every time I have gone. They are always fast and the pizzas are always made to perfection. I order on the app leave my home, and go right to the drive-thru. They always have my pizzas done or nearly done, and the drive thru is very convenient. If you want to try a pizza that is life changing this is what my wife and I always order (we usually use the 2 for $5.99 each coupon) pan pizza with the garlic sauce, bacon, and the philli steak. I am SO furious right now. VERY few times in my life have I been treated with such disrespect and insanely poor customer service. I have let this mistake slide OVER and OVER and OVER. We order from one of the 3 Dominos near us almost every week. Usually it's this Bluff Street location. We order all our pizzas "Square Cut" since that's AN OPTION in the app. It's better for our family. It allows for smaller pieces for the littler ones, it seems to go further AND everyone can pick if they want an inside piece or a piece with a crust. It's great. BUT I would say out the last 10 to 15 times we have ordered from this location, we have had them square cut MAYBE one or two times. About half of the time, we just take it and don't complain. Which is saying a lot since we are spending over $100 a month at Dominos. Several times, they have "Pie Cut" it, and THEN realized their mistake and then ALSO square cut it on top of that. Do you know what that does to the pizza? Trust me, nobody wants a whole bunch of 1 inch pieces, it really defeats the purpose. We HAVE had this issue at ALL locations in St. George, but it's been LITERALLY almost every time at this one. Well, this time I thought I would help THEM out and save us all the trouble. So I placed my order on the app and as soon as it said someone started my order, I took the time to CALL and ask them to please highlight and/or circle the "SQUARE CUT" (it literally says it ON their slip they are making it with). The guy was surprisingly unfriendly and just said okay. I'm like...do you want my name? He was just ready to get off the phone apparently when he didn't even know who I was. So I gave him my name and was super friendly, and just said "Yeah I just hate for you guys to have to make them again, so if you could just make sure that they get square cut, that would be awesome!" He literally hung up without saying goodbye at all. ALL my kids that heard me on speaker phone were like, wow he wasn't very nice. So I leave to go get the pizza...the tracker is saying it's "being made" for a good 25 minutes. I'm like, surely that can't be right...so I sit in the drive thru to grab them. Sat there for another 15 minutes with one car in front of me. I got out of the drive thru line and parked to go in instead. The app finally said they were complete, so I alerted the app I was on my way in. Sat there at the counter for another couple minutes. A guy finally came up and asked my name and went looking for the pizza. Had to ask someone else and they said it will be another 10 minutes or so. I said "I'm sorry? Why would it be another 10 minutes, it said complete and it's been like 45 minutes or more since I ordered". The other lady (who had to remake my pizza two weeks ago) said, because we have to remake one of them because it didn't get square cut. I said, are you kidding me? I even called to make sure that it would this time to SAVE you guys from having to remake it. She then got SUPER defensive with me (I mean, I get it, I could see that they were very busy and saw three ladies walking out with like 30 pizzas, which I'm sure put them behind), but that doesn't mean you be rude to your paying customers! She started going off about how busy they were and how it wasn't their fault and they are over here almost dropping pizzas because they are going so fast. I said, "Okay, but what about the guy I SPOKE with over the phone to make sure they would actually get square cut?" Well she didn't even know who I talked to and didn't seem to care. So BECAUSE of all of this, I was going to be late getting my daughter to a function she was supposed to be at, and had to have her friends mom take her super last minute as I wasn't going to be home for another 30 minutes or so. I literally could not believe the way I was treated. Like, if you don't want to pay attention to square cut the pizza, don't have it as an option! We will NOT be going to this location ever again. My kids are kinda tired of the hour long ordeal every week. GIRL you should be ashamed of yourself for treating paying customers that way! read more

Ordered two Cheesy Breads. One Pepperoni and one bacon Jalapeno. The pepperoni had very little pepperoni in it. The bacon jalapeno had zero jalapeno with the exception of one slice on top of the outside. The bacon was also very sparce. We have ordered these multiple times, and they were great. This time it was a waste of money, and we won't be back. I understand times might be hard but if so, make the items correctly and charge more. I'd rather pay more than go without what I ordered. Wish I could give this a 0 stars. Our pizza was straight up BURNT. I went into show nicely show them that it was burnt and crisp as bacon and they said, "well this is how it's supposed to be. This is how our thin crust pizza is." I was MIND BLOWN. He said you have to request to not have it be so crispy. I didn't know crispy meant burnt so much it tastes like a cracker. We woke up in the middle of the night absolutely CRAVING pizza. I was amazed (and grateful) that this location was still delivering so late. I asked that they knocked quietly so as not to wake the rest of the house. The delivery driver, Jasmine, was super sweet and very considerate, and the pizza was perrrrrrfect! Worst pizza ever' I love Dominos and this was not Dominos quality. Our pizza was completely raw! The dough was not cooked and it was cold! When I called the store they didn't believe it. They Asked if we wanted to order another one and wait another hour. We had just got into town and it was late. Waiting another hour would have put is eating dinner at 10pm. We were traveling in the area and had young kids that were hungry so we figured we would grab dinner to go.
