Let me state, I love Domino's, it's fast, it's easy and it's pretty decent. I never had a problem with this store until the beginning of the year. I placed in order on February 4, and it took close to 2.5 hours to get here. It was 3 pizzas, and I live less than 2.5 miles from the store! I figured it was late Friday night (11 pm) and busy. Tonight, I placed an order for 2 mediums, at 5:55 pm. I'm STILL waiting for the pizza 2 hours later! This is completely unacceptable. The first time the delivery guy threw in a free pizza. This time, I called the store 15 minutes ago and was told that the manager credited my account with a free 3 topping. But at this rate, I'm thinking I'll just go to Madio's. Holy hell 3 hour waits on a pizza made less than 2 blocks from our house. Horrible customer service and sadly This is about the 5th time this has happened. Its just a sad representation of a business. When a customer places an order FOR DELIVERY and they call after over an hour and a half of waiting after the estimated delivery time, don't tell them that their food is available for in store pickup and don't even have the decency to apologize for the worst possible attempt of doing your job. I've never lived in a city where it's acceptable to not show up with a customers food or being more than 2 hours late, not to mention being the least considerate and helpful employee. I understand work can be rough and busy at times, but it's truly never acceptable to be rude and to abandon orders. This isn't even mentioning the two times the pizza was so undercooked the "crust" was still pretty much just gooey dough with the wrong toppings. I mean what the hell. I would post a picture of the $50+ order we placed for the whole family, but it doesn't seem to exist anymore. Or ever did. Unacceptable. I just don't know why it takes 2 hours each time, then it comes cold. I almost feel like I'm punching myself in the groin each time I order not remembering how bad it hurt the last time. read more

We waited outside for 30+ minutes for a curbside order even though the app said it was ready the entire time. After going in we got rudely greeted by the worker. He was full of sass and no help at all. We went inside twice. There was another woman that went inside four times without getting her pizza. Then we found out that they messed up our order and failed to tell us while we sat in the car STARVING and waiting. -1000/10 experience. read more

We ordered online and were told it would be 25-35 minutes for delivery. An hour later, we called to ask the status because it had been out for delivery according to the tracker for 30 minutes. The person answering the phone seemed confused when we asked about this until she said that it was still in the store. I asked why it had been marked out for delivery if it hadn't even left the store. She mumbled something and then I was on hold, a few minutes later the manager answered. The manager didn't introduce herself or say hi, she immediately launched into a lecture about how the store was a franchise and not corporate so the app was incorrect so I just needed to deal with that. I was then told I was still in line to have my pizza delivered (this was an hour and 10 minutes after we had placed it). About 30 minutes later, we got a call that the driver was looking for our apartment and couldn't find it because the address wasn't on the ticket. The manager never bothered to try take responsibly or to find a way to help us. My wife and I were done at this point and we cancelled the order. If we had been told from the beginning that the store was busy and it'd take an hour to two hours, we would have been fine with that but we were just told to wait until it got there. This is the second time I've had issues with the store, the first time I went in to pick up the order. The people were loud and I had to flag someone down for help otherwise they would have continued ignoring me. read more

Don't spend your money here. Nothing but angry employees including management.Besides that point, the kitchen is very dirty. They don't use gloves, And they don't wash their hands after handling multiple different toppings/contaminated items! I watched an employee that was making food, stoped doing that and rung a customer up, and handled cash and went to finish the food she was making with out washing her hands. Another man who was making the dough constantly pulls his cellular device out and put it back no hand washing.... even saw a few roaches here. especially outside. flies on and around the food.... disgusting!!!!! spend money at marcos they are way better!!!!! read more

TOOK over 2 hours to deliver, unacceptable. We had to call to ask where our food was and how much longer. I had a house full of people and we didn't eat til after 11:00, called at 8:30. Never again Dominos, I should have read all the feedback about all the long wait times. read more

Every time I call to place a pick up order they leave me on hold for 10 or more minutes. On several occasions they have gotten my order wrong. Not impressed with this location at all. It's too bad because I actually really like dominoes pizza over any other. read more

Put in an order for a pizza around 640pm on a Wednesday night. Watched the tracker on the app and it was "perfection checked" at 656pm. Waited around and finally called the store at 838pm and my pizza hadn't even left the store yet. Told them to just cancel my order and refund it as I didn't want it anymore. read more

Worst service, the girl on the phone could not remember anything. I had to repeat everything 2 and 3 Times. She promised me 45 minutes. I called after and hour and 15 minutes and she could not tell me where my order was nor did she care. DO NOT consider buying from this place. Let them go out of business. This dominos service is bad. I ordered a pizza on a Sunday evening 8pm and was called by the restaurant 10 mins later to tell me that my pizza wasn't going to show up for 2HOURS!! And then to top it all off, I told them to cancel my order and they said it will take 5-7 business days for the money to be returned to me. Sorry westmark dominos I'm done. read more

Placed a large order to feed an event with about 40 adults and youth at our house. Initial response was it was going to take 90 minutes for the order, which was not gonna work for our dinner plans, but then we got an updated estimate of 30-40 minutes. We were a little skeptical, but when we arrived about 45 minutes later, all of the pizzas were ready, accurate for the order, and very tasty. Our entire group was happy and we'll return here for big orders as long as they're not too swamped. read more

Okay left Domino's for sometime ordering that is- thought I'd give them another try - unfortunately over an hour now still no pizza- sometimes when we order they never even show up! I gave Marco's a try and have been ordering from them instead, there service is great and food is always hot, its never even a thought that your order may be wrong or served cold. WTG Marco's I wish Dominos would step up to the plate and get their time management problem under control. Food is good if you actually get it hot or if it shows up. read more

Ordered pizzas at 5:50. Called looking for them at 7:05. They arrived at 7:15. Two of them were not what I ordered. Had to take them back to dominos and get them replaced. They couldn't even get one of the replacement pizzas right and had to make it a third time. It wasn't a complicated order one cheese and one buffalo. While waiting in the store watched a driver sit in the parking lot with 5 pizzas for almost 15 minutes. Unbelievable! Dinner finally at 8:30. They are slow and just not worth it. This wasn't a complicated over the phone order, they messed up an order that was placed with the Dominos pizza app. Good grief. read more

this is the second time we have ordered delivery from this location and will be the last. the first time it took them 2hours to deliver just two pizzas. this time it took them 3 hours to deliver two cold pizzas. i would have to say this is the WORST dominos i have ever had an experience with. Made a delivery through the app. Only after the online tracker said it was out for delivery... Did they call and say that my order could not be delivered to my address after 5pm. (I live in a nice neighborhood...not the hood). Not going to make that mistake EVER again. read more

We order a couple of times a month. Love the online ordering. Never talk to anyone. Orders are always right and ontime. Go Domino's!!!

placed order at 4:39pm , was out for delivery at 5:03pm. received order at 5:41 (+/- 1 - 2 min) checked the temps . 1st pizza was 118 deg at warmest and 2nd was 121 deg. at warmest. the edge area of both was approx. 100 deg. .The flavor was ok after having to nuke them. read more
