I love this location when I want a good pizza cheat! Everyone is so nice here! Especially ANDREW, who makes the best pizza! I actually drive further to come here, because my Westlake Village location off of Lindero is an absolute nightmare, and I'll never go there again after my first time a couple of years ago. I usually love Domino's thin crust pizza with light sauce, pineapple and extra cheese. It's simple and delicious! That's my go to. Recently, I saw the viral Domino's pizza with pan crust, garlic parmesan sauce, extra cheese, philly steak, bacon, cheddar cheese blend, then well done. I would never normally order this type of pizza, but I wanted to try it. Andrew made it for me and it couldn't have been more perfect. This guy makes the most beautiful pizzas! It was tasty! It's a pretty good deal, but be aware that if you choose a different pizza crust, make any changes or add anything there will be extra costs. Nonetheless, it's a pretty good deal, but the medium pizzas are more on the smaller side, so if you're planning to feed a hungry group, you might need to order 3-4 pizzas. Also, there is very limited seating inside the store, so it's probably best to order your food to go. Lastly, I'd like to mention the staff at Domino's Pizza. They always seem to be understaffed and a bit overwhelmed, which is understandable given the high volume of orders they receive. Ordered here via the app, showed up to pick up and told they're an hour plus wait despite the app saying 12 minutes pickup time. Asked to cancel, confirmed with the nice lady at the front. Asked for a receipt verifying it was canceled, another guy came over, guy flipped the screen and showed me he couldn't print a receipt. Asked for his name, was told "today it's Michael" and that his name doesn't matter. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Will not order here again. I spent $70 here... I got the chicken snack appetizer, salad, and a couple of the largest pizzas w/ everything plus two orders of chocolate lava cakes. I would never order any of it again except for the chocolate lava cake, which was so good that it might be worth a night of briny overly salted & oily food that is so mediocre. Not totally horrible, but a lot like the people at work who rave and talk about how good Domino's is... completely disappointing & not someone you want to have to spend time with again anytime soon. But the Lava Cake is not good enough to support a restaurant that taxes it's drivers tips & makes them wait until they get their paycheck to receive them. Your poor staff. read more

Ordered today Friday around 6pm and unfortunately didn't open the dessert box until 2 hours later as I wanted my toddler to finish eating all her food. Well, to our surprise we received the icing but not the cinna twist. We received garlic sticks (not sure what they were). Called the store and spoke to an employee and then he passed me the manager, they offered to bring the correct item in 20 mins. My two pizzas I ordered were dry and lacking sauce, the the buffalo chicken bites I ordered had half the amount of chicken it usually has, they raised the price of each menu item In Their mix and match deal and greatly failed to reflect that in the food. Online it was confirmed that my order was ready so when I showed up for pickup I used the app to notify them I was coming in. The guy behind the counter looked lost when I told him I was there for pickup, he then proceeded to the back of the kitchen to pull my chicken out of the oven because it was sitting at the end of the oven belt and hadn't even been packed yet. read more

Just ordered a pizza and they were really skimpy with the cheese. This did not have the normal amount of cheese and I paid for extra cheese. Asked the guy before I left "This is extra cheese, right?" Where do I start.. I put in an order through the APP.. Driver decided to go all around the neighborhood with my food when I LITERALLY live rite behind this location. When he arrived he kept going up and down my street at least 5 times when he finally found it, keep in mind it's a house how can you miss it? Anywho I have a set of cameras in my front yard that can back up how when he got to my front porch he drops off the pizza and left. No door knocking, no doorbell ringing, he just left. So if my camera wouldn't have notified me that there was motion pizza would still be sitting outside. So we bring pizza inside and we serve ourselves. I eat a slice and when I get to the bottom 2 slices, BOOM surprise ! Driver decided to pick on my food and have some dinner of his own! And there's this big gap he tried to cover up with a different piece of meat. So I call back the send me a new whole order and was told to come back in the AM to speak with manager. So here I am sitting outside typing this because I spoke with her and she tried excusing him like if it was my fault. How can a manager do that!? Now the person I spoke with told me this wasn't the first time he has gotten a complaint like this. I'm now trying to reach corporate cause this is not okay ESPECIALLY on times like these. I called and placed a phone order to my nearby location on Moorpark Road as I have been for like 30 years. This carry out order would take extra time as I understood during the Coronavirus. They failed to tell me the phone was forwarding to another store location on Thousand Oaks Blvd. So after coming to the location where I called, and had be waiting at home extra time, then searched them out and got a cold pizza once back home. Our delivery guy was nice he left a little cardboard box on the floor so our food doesn't touch the floor. Also, he knocked on door to let us know he was there.
