There is one reason why this is a 4 star review and not a 1star review. Buttery Pan Pizza. Lets be honest people don't go to dominos because the pizza is good they go because its cheap and they stay open late. Dominoes also has excellent customer service. Dominos biggest problem has always been their hand tossed crust. Its pretty terrible. Dominos dresses it up with garlic butter on the crust but still. The only thing I think dominos has on other pizza chains their pizza sauce. Its much better than pizza hut. But then came the buttery pan pizza. It is amazing. It alone shoots dominos to the top of the pizza chain mountain. I dont know why dominos doesn't advertise this more. Most people I talk to have never tried nor heard of the buttery pan pizza. Sadly dominos doesn't seem eager to capitalize on the BP as they only offer it in medium only. read more

I've seen Dominos advertise their $9.99 pizza on TV several times a day. I was out and decided to order one. I was right by the place, thought I'd order one and run in the Walmart, then pick it up. I called and was told I had to order online. I'm literally looking at the place & can't go in person to get a pizza!! I've watched the commercial, NO TIME DOES IT SAY ONLINE ONLY, AND THE SMALL PRINT IS TOO SMALL TO READ. What has happened to dominoes?? I called corporate, spoke to someone with a heavy accent. I explained what happened & asked for someone to call me back. Week later, NO CALL BACK. This store has a 3.6 rating. My phone is a 4g, and no storage. They all want you to get the app so they can gather your personal data AND SELL IT...they spent millions on advertising and yet they haven't figured out how to treat the public they depend on. No good , why everyone experiencing not being able to have it delivered in their neighborhoods and we all in 3 mile radius

The "manager" hung up on us saying they can't deliver to our neighborhood (literally got pizza delivered from them about a week ago) Unfortunate that people are so lazy these days. Cancelled our order and "threw it out" within a 2 minute time frame so we couldn't even do pick up. Purchased a thin crust pizza with White sauce... chicken...bacon ... tomatoes... onions it was so freaking dry like it had no sauce at all !!! I was craving pizza so badly and ordered wings, a large thin crust pizza and a lava cake. I THREW THE PIZZA AWAY! It was by far the worst pizza I have ever had; it was overcooked and so dry and hard as to be inedible. The wings were not very good and were TINY; they simply had sauce drizzled over the top and did not look like they do on the website at all. Do not go here! Horrible customer service, especially the manager John. I ordered my pizza online, the pizza got delivered and it was not what we ordered. I called in to inform them and he told me that they were out of the toppings I choose (and paid for) so they sent me a random pizza with what they had. I didn't ask for it so I asked for a refund and he said no because they sent a different pizza and it's place. There is no getting through to him, he firmly believes that since he sent me a random pizza he can still charge me what the order I didn't receive. He cussed me out and hung up on me! Do not recommend, boycott and go to Pizza Hut instead! Never again! read more

This was the 3rd time that we had to wait considerably longer than initially told for a pre-online order. They were rude, and unapologetic for the delay. TERRIBLE!!!!! I ordered pizzas from Dominoes in Waxahachie one year ago at 4:15 and a driver threw them on our porch at 11:31 that NIGHT. I gave it a year, before I got over being mad, and tonight, I ordered another delivery, (Thinking that they couldn't operate like that for long periods of time, and still be in business in a small town)....WELL I was WRONG!! I was told it would be 30 - 40 minutes.......after 2 hours I called and asked what the crap was going on with my pizza, AGAIN, it was definite Deja-vu. Have been a loyal customer for years, but we will not order from them again. We ordered delivery and our pizzas were burnt all around the outer part so basically you could really only eat 5-6 pieces in the middle of our thin crust pizza. Mistakes do happen. When I called to talk to the manager, he was very polite and was going to remake them. Two hours later and still no pizzas. I called and the young man said he put them on the shelf for delivery right then and when the delivery guy comes back he would bring them to us. Another hour passed and still no pizza. I called again and a different boy answered and he was very rude to me. He said I was to come pick them up. Seriously?! Why would I order delivery and then have to go pick them up when it was their mistake? So much for loyal customers. We will be getting our pizzas elsewhere now. read more

This particular store is HORRIBLE!! First of all, I was over charged for my order. The $5.99 deal is a joke. They charged me a lot more than that and I am mad as hell. I called and talked to the manager, well that's who he claimed to be. Anyway, he did nothing to fix their error and then he said he would pass it on to a higher up and then hung up on me!! We ordered our pizza at 8:56, we didn't receive our order until 10:30. When I checked my order the wings were barbecue and I ordered Buffalo. The pizzas were cold when they were delivered. I understand they only have two delivery drivers but if you know that then make the food to come out when you know you will be delivering soon to the home. We love dominos pizza we have noticed the last few times we have ordered the quality of the food has gone down. customer service still seems to be nice and courteous. Well over an hour goes by and still no sign or call from them so I call them back. Placed an order for delivery online,    Then received a call about 5 mins after asking about our address.  Which is common since we live on a new street and dose not come up on gps.  So we told them what street we are off of, and they claimed we were a 30 minute drive from them  Which we are  no more than 15 mins on a slow day.  But told us they would not deliver to us.  Even though we have ordered pizza from this location in the past. The pizza here is 5 star but one employee who they refuse to name doesn't even deserve to get a star! This delivery driver had a terrible attitude. This driver delivered pizzas to an event for a local church. He was angry for some reason and was throwing boxes around, giving attitude and hit my mother pretty hard in the arm with the cart he was pushing. She asked him what his problem was and he didn't say a word, just kept walking. When she reported it to the church volunteers working the event they said they were going to report him too because he had given them attitude and he backed into a car. I personally can't verify a car was actually hit but We called dominoes and the Mananger had the same attitude! Wouldn't give us a name to report or his own name for that. We called the 1800 number and they said they were going to contact the owner of this franchise. Let's just say no one has called to apologize at all! I will never eat Dominoes again! Hopefully no one has to deal with their attitudes in the future but if you do, be prepared to get no where with your complaint. Horrible customer service is protected at this establishment! read more
