We ordered take out for small boneless crispy chicken and boneless bburings chicken without not really knowing for sure what bburings was. Interesting coating of garlic, onion, and cheese and it came with a white bechamel sauce on side. I prefer crispy one more but it was good to try something new. The chicken was wonderful and hot. Let me tell you first - I have tried numerous chicken spots and each places have their weaknesses and strengths. Personally, this place has everything. First, the sprinkle one is just amazing. BBQ chicken has something similar, called cheesling. Compared to theirs, yam yam chicken's sprinkle is a lot more refreshing with the parsley/herb they put in. Second, again compared to the BBQ chicken's secret sauce, yam yam chicken's sweet and spicy is so much better. I personally think BBQ Chicken's secret sauce has greasy taste. Upon picking up the order though I wasn't particularly impressed with the smell coming from the restaurant nor the smelling coming from the box as we were driving back. Its a small take out chicken similar to Bonchon, BBQ, and Boom Boom around the area. But the only one that doesn't start with a letter "B". Delivery and Prices are also simliar to the Chicken Takeout businesses mentioned above, but the taste I have to say beats all three places. Its less greasy, and more crunchier than Boom Boom and Bonchon, but I guess you can't really beat BBQ's olive oil fried (i dunno how that's done) chicken, which just makes it sound more healthier. The price is moderate but definitely less expensive than Bonchon's chicken and the wait time is less dreading than BBQ and Bonchon's.
