The employee I spoke with, Kathy, had a rude and dismissive attitude from the start. When I mentioned the issue, she sarcastically offered to transfer me to her manager as if the situation didn't matter. As a business owner myself, I know how important it is to treat customers with respect, even when answering simple questions. It's almost like the old fries electronic building. They have what you want, but don't expect customer service. It's blatantly obvious that the employees here hate their job from their customer service towards customers. You could immediately see from their facial expression the loathing feeling they have towards Customer when you come into the building. The only reason I gave this one star is because they do have what I'm looking for. However, that will change soon enough. I will be taking my business someplace else, possibly a local Ace Hardware store. I may have to pay extra price, but at least I won't be hated just for buying things at their store.
