When the sales person handed the chain to me I inspected the repair which was poorly soldered, the solder had run down the chain approximately 1/3". and the chain was not cleaned at all. I stated my dissatisfaction with the repair and the cleaning. The person assisting me said it was clean and that is a standard for repair. This chain is very old and I wear it daily it has been repaired several times and there are no other visible repairs. The chain was taken and cleaned in the counter top solvent and they offered to send it back for another repair. I declined to have it sent back and the $65 cleaning fee was refunded. In the end I can say they did the right thing, however the argumentative attitude of the sales person and the overall experience has me leaving this review and will never return to Zales in the future.

Shelly made the whole experience a really happy, comfortable, and fun one and I can't recommend her and her expertise enough! She even gave us a free mockup of what my girlfriend's ring will look like after the appointment, and gave us the name of a trusted jeweler who's closer to where we live. I truly feel so lucky to have started our engagement journey with Shelly. It could not have been better!

They offer custom fitting on their in-case pieces. The cost was very reasonable for the quality. If you want real craftsmanship from people who actually care about the end result, this is the shop. The person over the phone was pleasant and asked if I could bring it in so she could look at it. When I arrived after work I was greeted by the same person I had talked to on the phone, Julie Posey, Owner / Engraver. Julie was extremely helpful as I had never had anything engraved before. She assured me that my message would look beautiful and that she would call me as soon as the snow globe is ready. I received a message on Thursday afternoon that it was ready. Julie was able to include everything I wanted on that small plaque but made it look beautiful and elegant. I would definitely recommend A&C Engraving to anyone who wants excellent work along with great customer service and affordable prices!
