Basically It's messy--but its beautiful mess ..lol I started off all proper with gloves and tools, but after some point, I ditched the gloves because it was just easier to enjoy the food that way. The Cajun sauce was absolutely delicious--rich, spicy, and full of flavor. I even ordered plain rice just to mix it with the leftover gravy... and wow, that was a amazing.
