He did a beautiful job refinishing our yellow and ugly white oak floors and matching them with new white oak in a natural color. He said it would take two weeks and it did. We gave them the code to our new house and they showed up everyday as scheduled. Randy's son Logan and son in law Chris work with him. We had so much fun getting to know them. We even all went out to lunch together and had a great time. They did an amazing job! We are so happy and our floors are gorgeous. After six months the oak planks began to separate in several areas. We scheduled an appointment twice for Randy to see the damage and he no-showed both times. Then he stopped returning my calls/texts. I don't yet know whether the problem is faulty workmanship, the wood planks themselves, or something site specific. Randy recommended these oak planks and regardless of the cause of the problem, he should stand behind his work. You should avoid this contractor.

Long story short we had to rip out the sub plate/sand down some sub flooring and seal the concrete slab to attack the urine. We had two companies come in and quote us 5200 and 6900 for the cutting/treatment and replacement of what they had to remove. Kenny told us that he can do everything at a fraction of the cost and start ASAP. We trusted him and he knocked it out of the park. He was able to get rid of 98.8% of the smell. Kenny was amazing to work with through the whole process. He would always be upfront, honest and give us multiple options each step of the way. Less than 2 weeks after making the deposit, I called with a question and only then did I find out the delivery date had been unilaterally extended 3 months later than originally indicated. I immediately told them it was too long of a delay and when they could not move it up, I asked to cancel the contract. They would only do so if we forfeited about 30% of the total contract price, a hefty sum. In my opinion, they did not need to order parts for a job that was now more than 6 months out, as they claimed they did. We have finished our fire rebuild and they definitely were the worst experience out of all the subcontractors we worked with. However, we found a wonderful cabinet maker and are very happy that we ended up working with someone else.

When I called the company to find a baseboard that matched, Nicole who answered, was very helpful and understanding of what I needed to do.
