We had a leak under my moms sink.   The unit causing the problem was over 30 years old and very hard to remove, thus the call to have help!   I had called upon another plumbing company a year ago and the work they did was subpar.  I researched pluming companies and Done Rite had a great rating.  I took my chances.  I left a message over the internet last night and they contacted me first thing in the morning.   I was given an estimate, in case work was not done for a service call.  I agreed and they sent Christian out right away.  We were very pleased... Our front spigot outside, is the mainline to the household was leaking profusely. Called Done-Rite Plumbing and Rooter to come out, to fix and stop the leakage. Robbie Riach came out, very polite & knowledgeable person. Told us that the main pipe was broken, all thru the main line. Advise us that even though he repair the spigot, it's the pipe under the ground that's leaking. He closed the spigot and the main line. Showed us the meter on the main line and still it is running, 'coz water is still leaking under ground. We decided to have it done since it's the original pipe from 1960's. Done Rite called water, gas and electrical company to come out to inspect the mainline. Before they can do the repair to the water mainline outside. These guys go above & beyond to help us solve the problem. *Dave the owner & Tiffany, texted us all the time and keep us on the loop, that Robbie is on his way. Robbie also fixed our spigot at the back with No charge. Also, they guaranteed 5 years on the repair. Robbie and Logan came to my home to clean out my dryer lint vent. It was a complicated assignment, my dryer is on my second floor.After they spent a thorough time inspecting; they decided they couldn't do the work. So even though they didn't do work in my home I wanted to let everybody know that they were very professional,pleasant, and came on time. I had them come out today to fix the toilet because it was leaking. The guys were nice enough BUT I can't believe I just spent $1000 to fix the toilet---yes new flange and all that. I'm very disappointed. My shower faucet broke on Sunday afternoon. Knowing plumbers were probably too busy at that time I called I spoke with Dave and sent him pictures. He verified the time I wanted an appointment Monday, said he could get it repaired, and asked in what city I lived. He had my number, but not my address, so when I hadn't heard back from him I called today, Monday, at noon. I was told I didn't have an appointment, that I couldn't get one until the next day, and I couldn't have a discount for the inconvenience on their error. That's not the way to do business. I now am out of a shower for a second day and having to bother my neighbors. THANK YOU: Our thanks to Richard and Dave for their excellent service! IT BEGAN LIKE THIS: Husband leaves to play golf. Wife notices the downstairs toilet is making strange gurgling noises? Not sure why? Guess I'll just flush? OH NO, she yells, as the toilet overflows on the carpeted floor in this little "powder room". Husband returns after receiving frantic call and together they try several home remedies including the trusty plunger and mother's favorite solution - bail out the toilet bowl and then pour in lots and lots of hot water. Nothing worked. NEXT STEPS: While husband rushes out to buy a carpet cleaner to suck up the mess, wife goes to Yelp and finds Done-Rite. It was quite late by then, but Richard came to make an initial analysis of the situation and we all agreed the symptoms indicated a main line blockage. Rather than start work that night we agreed to have him return the next day. We had been wanting a new toilet for that bathroom, so we asked him to bring a new toilet too. Richard made a special effort to go out extra early the next morning and pick up our new toilet so he could head directly to our place and be ready to start without any wasted time. Much appreciated since we relied on our camping commode in the meantime. VIRTUES: Richard's experience and knowledge were evident as he worked. Even more impressive was the level of patience and perseverance he displayed when dealing with frustrating situations, including our lack of a proper main line clean-out and an unconventional, convoluted plumbing configuration under the toilet that made working the cables and camera through that maze quite challenging. In spite of Richard's tireless efforts, using different access points and various tools, it turned out that Dave had to bring the hydro-jetter. Working together they were able to clear the blockage and Richard installed our beautiful new toilet. SUMMARY: While Dave was there we had a chance to talk with him about his company. He has a genuine passion for running an honest business that brings real value to his customers. Based on our experience, I would certainly say that Dave and Richard are skilled, thoughtful, hard-working, customer-focused gentlemen who do a good job for a fair price. Done-Right Plumbing is the best plumbing service we've ever used in our 26 years in this house. We called on a Saturday morning with a clogged kitchen drain and clogged toilet. The Done-Right plumber, Logan, was at our home 35 min. later. On a Saturday. Logan expertly diagnosed the kitchen drain problem, cleared the obstruction and used a camera down the drainage pipe to show us the condition of the pipe in that part of our home. Logan then determined the clogged toilet wasn't a clog at all. There was a very old toilet in that bathroom that was barely functioning. Logan replaced the old toilet with a new water-saving toilet and that problem was resolved. He took the old toilet for disposal. We were very impressed by Logan's knowledge of diagnostics and problem resolution. He took the time to explain to us what he was finding, ways to resolve the problems and he worked quickly. He clearly outlined the work that needed to be done and took great effort to make sure we received the best bang for our buck. I contacted 4 or 5 plumbing companies for an estimate to fix a swimming pool water line that wouldn't shut off (caused by a worn out valve). Done Rite Plumbing responded with a competitive bid without a mandatory service fee to come over to further evaluate the work project, which I appreciated. Elias was the technician sent over to the house and he was fantastic. After quickly assessing the situation, he offered me both repair and replacement options. I really appreciated that he was able to negotiate the final replacement price without having to check back with the office. After picking up the replacement parts and quickly fixing the valve and new water line with beautiful copper piping and fittings, he also raised the turn knob a foot higher, which my 70 year-old back really appreciates!
