Items frequently ran out, and staff had to be asked multiple times to refill them. The smoked salmon and other perishables were positioned directly in front of the omelet station, where guests were standing and talking over the food. Despite paying $55 per person, our server brought the check about 45 minutes after we sat down -- without us indicating we were finished -- which felt rushed and inappropriate for a buffet at this price point. A few hours later, all four members of our party became sick. Symptoms included stomach pain, nausea, and severe diarrhea. I experienced the worst of it, but everyone had similar reactions. I contacted the restaurant multiple times over the following week. My information was taken repeatedly, and eventually an incident report was filed. The Food & Beverage Director left one voicemail stating they had no other complaints but wanted to discuss the matter. I returned her calls several times but never received a follow‑up.
