The parking is easy in the lot behind it. Otherwise, on the narrow streets parking can be challenging. My favorite burrito so far has been the vegan one with rice! Looking for something close to the Body Shop I was at, and thankfully, this place wasn't too far away. As soon as I arrived, there was a line for this place. Must be good for it to have a line. The wait time was around 15 minutes (more or less), but it was worth the wait. I looked at the menu; they added fries to the breakfast burrito! Excuse me! I HAD to order one, and boy, it did not disappoint! The eggs were fluffy, they had guac, and there were all types of meat choices. Was excited to try the Clam Chowder and it was a heavy let down . Too thin and must of had a ton of butter. When they ask you if you want the Garlic Bread with the soup, just decline. It was just 2 slices of white bread, with a little bit of butter and garlic, barely toasted LOL . No big deal. I also had the Kitchen Sink burrito this trip. Was ok. My wife had the Ham and Egg burrito. She was happy. Coffee was ok. I ordered an extra shot and I am not sure if it was in there. Convenient location good food and great staff. The attached restrooms are disgusting. As you try and enjoy your breakfast, the smell of urine overtakes the enjoyment. I'm not sure if the restrooms belong to the Cafe, but if so, they should have them cleaned. If they belong to the city, I would be demanding they clean and paint them. My family opted to try this spot on our last day in Oceanside. We drove by it a couple times and noticed the crowd every morning, so we said why not. It's such a cute "hole in wall" near the beach and with its long line, it must be good. Buccaneer Cafe offers great breakfast items. I opted to try the breakfast tacos, these tacos are huuuuuuuge. This is my all time favorite açai bowl place. It's a right across from the beach in Oceanside at Buccaneer park. Excellent service and food comes out fairly fast. It's usually pretty crowded when I go here, but it wasn't bad on the day we went. I always order the privateer which includes two scoops of açai, granola, blueberries, bananas, strawberries, coconut, and honey. I also got peanut butter on it. I split a carne asada breakfast burrito with my daughter. So good! It had scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and fries, and of course the Carne Asada. I had the bacon burrito and my wife also had the bacon burrito but has a gluten allergy so had the burrito bowl option. The food is so good and there is so much of it. I love stopping here for a quick latte, but it doesn't usually end up being quick as they are quite busy. Be ready to wait a bit but it is worth it! There is a decent amount of outdoor seating and it's usually easy to find parking in the park's lot too.
