My wife ordered a breakfast burrito (no meat). Received a monster burrito cut in half. Almost entirely potatoes. Politely complained about it, and asked it be returned. Received push back from the waitress. She stepped way, left the plate and never saw her again. By now, I'd nearly finished my meal. Finally, another waitress came to the table asked what the problem was. Explained the situation again, she left, and also left the plate. Finally, a 3rd young man came to the table. Explained the situation AGAIN. He picked up the plate, and said "I'll see what I can do." He returned a few minutes later. By now I'm done with breakfast. He offered a 10% discount off my wife's burrito. She declined, and asked it be taken off the bill. He asked if she wanted anything else. Again she declined, saying we were leaving now. Again he said "Let me see what I can do." By now this is getting kinda ridiculous. He finally returns with the burrito removed from the bill. The whole experience was a disappointment. We've been regular customers for years. Noticed a few months back the staff had changed. Regular waitresses are all gone now. Sad.. Used to bring friends & family to Mary's. If you like pancakes and French Toast, you will love Mary's. Not just because they are tasty (french toast is thick), but because they have syrup bottles on every table! We also order the Kielbasa Sausage & Eggs with breakfast potatoes. The sausage and eggs were fine, but the potatoes were plain and undercooked. I've been here a few of times for both lunch and breakfast and every time the food hits so hard! You get a big bang for your buck while still getting great quality ingredients and service. This morning I had the best egg, cheese and sausage bagel sandwich of my life. I will never get another breakfast sandwich anywhere else after having that. I loved it so much, I had to give them a shoutout!! I highly recommend giving Mary's a try if you are ever in the area, you will not be disappointed.
