This used to be one of my favorite spots to go to when I was in high school! The donuts taste amazing and so do their breakfast sandwiches. Sadly, they are only getting 2 stars as I went in today and one of the workers who was serving people, was not wearing a mask. And by the looks of the rest of the reviews, it seems it has been this way for a couple of months now. This is not the right way to be serving people. I understand some people may not agree with wearing masks, but now it looks like you don't even care about your customers. Because of this, I cannot support this business anymore which is truly sad. I hope this business takes COVID and the health and safety of their works and customers seriously moving forward. read more

Pretty sad and disappointed that my Apple fritter was burned. The taste was burnt the look was darker than usually. I wish I took a photo of it.'I should have known looking at it through display case it look darker than normal. Normal from all donut places. I also got the buttermilk glazed. It was good but not their usually great yum amazing. Prince use to be my go to buttermilk when in Burbank. But after today it may change. Unless I go during the day with a new baker. I went after the movies it was around 10:30-11pm. My buttermilk glazed was warm like it was freshly made but the glaze did not have that crunch. Slight hard shell. From out of town. Saw the old school commercial and went there last night (9:30) for Sh&Gig. Chocolate Old Fashioned didn't disappoint. Shop is like walking into a the 70s/80s. Pink Formica and plenty of parking. Definitely would recommend. read more

So good omg. Got the avacado egg and cheese croissant and it was to die for. Donuts are delicious. They have a really good selection of donuts and it was almost 1 pm which I love because most donut places are out of good stuff by noon. The lady was super sweet, not cheap but everything is really good Also, if y'all are worried about covid, if y'all don't wanna catch it stay inside, you can do without a donut for a few weeks hahahah. People were eating inside, as did my boyfriend and I too, and the owner was okay with it. They were respectful and it's THEIR business so that can do what they want to. read more

My experience was horrible!!!!! First time coming to Donut Prince. I was exited to come and try the variety. But definitely I came across a big surprise once my husband was eating the sweet bread once he was going to take another bite I pointed out the fact that it looked black and didn't make sense if the bread was only pineapple jam and that would never look black specially how it looked in the picture he even stained he's finger with mold. He started to spit out the food.. obviously the right thing to do. So my husband went in and told the lady that there was MOLD inside it and she said " oh yeah... let me get you another one " like she had encountered this same situation over and over and over again. and we didn't take anything else we got our money back! But she looked so unbothered. She didn't even ask him if he's fine and didn't look like she cared much. Bad bad bad experience. I stopped eating my sugar donut after that never again. read more

Very famous and most favorite doughnut shop in Hollywood. You can see pics of many famous celebrities on store wall of fame. Staff is very friendly. Donut Prince makes some terrific quality donuts! I've never been to this donut shop in person, but have had a donut or two a couple of times whenever one of my coworkers brings in a box for the entire office. Their classic glaze and chocolate glaze are airy, soft, yet have a subtle dense chew to them. These donuts don't compare to the high level of quality, such as from The Donut Man, but they're still satisfying, enjoyable donuts. I recommend Donut Prince's donuts if you live in the Los Angeles area or in the city of Burbank. read more

Honestly, does this place have the best donuts in LA? Naw, lol! But what is BOMB is their iced black coffee. No sugar, no milk, nada needed. It is excellent as is. When you order it the guy or gal takes it out of the clear fridge in a reused milk jug. I can dig the sustainability in that. I can live off that black holiness!! First of all, if you haven't seen their amazing commercial, go to YouTube and check it out. My boyfriend likes coming here for their cronuts/donuts, and while I don't really have a sweet tooth, they do also have a bunch of breakfast sandwich options for those who like a savory breakfast. Prices are reasonable. Last time we went, we spent about $15 for two croissant breakfast sandwiches (one with avocado), a cronut, and a Thai iced tea. The sandwich itself was lovely. If donuts can really fix marital issues, then it's way cheaper to just buy a dozen of these than to pay for counseling, divorce lawyers, spousal and child support. The place is known for great selection of fresh donuts, muffins, bagels, croissants and other delicious bakery goods, all made fresh every day. This was right down the road from our hotel so a nice quick stop. The shop had a steady flow of traffic and quite an array of doughnuts and other food options. I had a sandwich on a croissant and it was pretty good. I also opted to get one of the donuts. Over all, I thought it was a nice sweet treat. I usually go to other donut shops but tonight I decided to go here because my kids wanted McDonald's and it was convenient. Boy, was I punished for not supporting my other shops. We got 4 donuts and it cost us $14?! I wouldn't be this upset if the donuts were good. It was dry and they were soooo cheap with the sugar and chocolate. I'm a donut aficionado, so when I drove by Donut Prince, I just had to stop. It just looks so dang cool and funky!! It's a really charming place. There were several senior citizens hangin' out inside enjoying some coffee and donuts. The donut's are $1.10 for a regular donut. On the high end; however, a dozen donuts are $9.99-not bad, and if you buy 6 donuts, you get one free. They aren't high-end fancy donuts, but they are good. They don't have an oily taste that some sub-par donut places have. These guys make a good product. I had a glazed cruller and a chocolate frosted cake donut. Both very fresh and light tasting. I work nearby so I've come by so it prince a few times- each time greeted with rudeness and no sense of urgency! They have their "freshly" baked donuts on racks out the open for flies and bugs to land on! #disgusting! They take forever to get you your order and they are very overpriced!
