Everything bagel, open face, vegan Tofu Veggie Cream Cheese, tomato & cucumber

Recently tried BagelBoss. They were out of sesame so I tried an everything bagel, toasted, open face, vegan veggie cream cheese, tomato and cucumber. It was really good! The girl at the counter was really great and food was served fast! I'll definitely be back! Thank you very much for offering vegan cream cheese! I noticed you have impossible sausage available on the menu - how about going the distance and offering JustEgg along with vegan cheddar? I'd definitely come by more often then!

Still like this place - I think the have the best bagels and cream cheese around Stopped in and got three bagels and a container of cream cheese. They were busy finishing up some orders but as soon as someone was done they came right over and took my order

Great spot! Fun owner, great space for people to gather, lovely bagels and smear. From my understanding, this is a New Jersey brand and the owner opened a franchise spot in LA. And the bagels come fresh from there. There is the indoor space with some tables, window seating. Outdoor seating just in front of the place (two tables). And an outdoor patio with long tables/benches and tables. Parking: residential street parking. Overall, I keep visiting back! Such a lovely time always

This is my go-to spot for a gluten-free bagel! They have a few options, but I usually stick with the everything bagel. They do sometimes run out, so I try to go earlier in the day to make sure I get one.I also appreciate that they can make any of their bagel sandwiches gluten-free. There is some cross-contamination, which they're upfront about, but that's not an issue for me personally. The service has always been friendly and quick, and I love that they send out BOGO coupons--that's actually how I discovered this place! It's street parking only, but I've never had trouble finding a spot nearby. There's both indoor and outdoor seating, though I usually grab mine to go. They have a big variety of bagel flavors and spreads, so there's something for everyone. Definitely recommend checking it out if you're gluten-free (or even if you're not)!

Bagel Boss is exquisite! The bagels are amazing! The people are so kind!! We gotta an everything bagel with cream cheese and lox and an egg everything bagel with cream cheese and these bagels were wonderful. The cream cheese spread selection is bounteous and they are really so kind here. They usually have a decent line but it goes by fast. They're always playing pretty chill music which is appreciated and they always have the nicest staff members working here. I like how much seating they have including their seats outside. It's a great vibe. I recommend bagel boss through and through! Espppp for bagel spots in the valley!!

I visited around noon on a Saturday. They offer both indoor seating and a nice outdoor patio to enjoy your food. They serve breakfast until 1:30pm. I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel on a cinnamon raisin bagel, it was good! They have a variety of bagel options, flagels (flat bagels), and burritos. A good spot to check out if you're craving bagels!

I was craving a breakfast bagel and Bagel Boss delivered! This hefty bagel was packed with 2 eggs, bacon, cheese, and I also added hashbrown! So so delicious that even half of the bagel was filling. Very casual and chill spot with good service for a great bagel.

The food is excellent for the price. They have a great selection of bagels and hot dishes. Staff works hard and is always friendly.

I got the Everything bagel toasted with butter. A side of scallion cream cheese and an espresso latte. The bagel is a 5. It was chewy and soft, also was nicely salted. Most things lack salt now a days. The cream cheese tasted like plain and could have used some extra onion. The coffee was good. Service was great staff was nice and friendly. There is indoor and outdoor seating, this had more seating then I expected..

While my life pahtner is more into sweets, I'm more into savory, so I was happy our daughter was taking us to a spot for a breakfast bagel sandwich. We also ordered a variety of Hank's bagels, which were a struggle to pull apart with your hands and even with a knife, but I really enjoyed my Everything Jalapeño Cheddar bagel. The star of my meal at Hank's was their Number 1 bagel sandwich. That alone warrants a 4.5 star rating. Hank's is located in Burbank, CA., specifically on Riverside Drive and Valley Street. Rose Street is another cross street. It's across from Sweetgreen and Philz Coffee. It's on the same side of Mendocino Farms and just down the road from Bob's Big Boy. The shop is neighbors to Tocaya Organica. Parking is street parking and neighborhood parking, which is where we parked and had to walk about a block to Hank's. There isn't any indoor seating, but there are outdoor covered umbrella seating in front of the shop. It would be challenging to have a large group dine there. The shop is all about their bagels, so the decor is minimal with tshirts hanging on their white walls, a glass display case showing their cream cheeses and other cold items, and a wire rack showing their Dirty Deli Style Potato Chips for sale. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and really helpful. We dined outside and the staff member who brought our food out was also courteous. Hank's is a shop where you order from their register and they call your name out when your food is ready. Hank's is a popular bagel shop with a lot of take out business as there was a steady flow of customers picking up on line, call in, or to go orders. For the variety of bagels we ordered, we ordered Rosemary Sea Salt, Salty Chocolate Chip, and I ordered the Everything Jalapeño Cheddar. The only issue I had with the bagels was how tough it was to tear or cut the bagels. Besides that, the bagels were very flavorful and tasty. Make sure to buy their plain cream cheese and liberally spread it on the bagels. The cream cheese made the bagels even more delicious. My Everything Jalapeño Cheddar bagel was too beautiful to eat. I love spicy, so maybe I'm immune to anything spicy, but I didn't taste any spiciness at all. There was a good amount of jalapeños on top, the cheddar doused the bagel, and I engulfed that bagel. The star of our breakfast meal was the Number 1 bagel sandwich. The number 1 comes with fried egg, choice of either spicy maple-glazed bacon or homemade turkey sausage, sharp cheddar, tomato, and aioli on an onion bagel. I selected the bacon and I loved it. I didn't realize this, but you can place any of their sandwiches on any of their bagels. Next time, I'm doing a sandwich with the Everything Jalapeño Cheddar bagel. The Number 1 sandwich is number 1 for a reason and I don't think you'll regret ordering this sandwich. All of the components combined with the bagel made for satisfying and yummy bites. I inhaled that sandwich and I thought that was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever eaten. We always love spending quality time with our Baby Girl. Spending time with her while eating delicious bagels and sandwiches at Hank's made for a blessed time before our long trek to San Francisco.

I've gotten the breakfast sandwiches and bagels with just cream cheese and both are very good. However, I think the price tag cannot be over looked. It's almost $20 for the breakfast sandwich. So if you get 2, it's a $40 breakfast, which is pretty pricy for a restaurant that isn't even a sit down place. This location has 3 tables out front, but we usually take ours to go since we live close. Everyone is always super friendly when we're there, and the line can get very long. I wish this could be my go-to breakfast spot, but I guess I'm not rich enough for that LOL PS: ALWAYS get your bagel toasted. The bagel is wayyy too chewy otherwise, much better when toasted.

First off, the bagel itself deserves some love -- perfectly chewy with that classic NY-style texture (NY water really does make a difference). It had that fresh, slightly crisp exterior with a soft, satisfying bite inside. The Texas Brisket was tender and flavorful, with that rich, savory depth you want from good brisket. The Big City Pastrami Egg was equally comforting -- warm, creamy egg paired with soft, well-seasoned pastrami that wasn't overly salty. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully made. Portion-wise, the filling might lean a little modest, but the quality absolutely makes up for it. It felt balanced rather than overloaded, and left us satisfied without feeling heavy -- perfect pre-movie fuel. If you're craving a well-made bagel sandwich with quality ingredients and classic flavors done right, this is a great stop. Definitely coming back to try more of the menu.

It's a simple spot with a welcoming atmosphere and great outdoor seating that serves as a popular morning refresher for locals. It also provides catering services for groups ranging from small meetings to large events. We like their bagels, they're fresh, soft, and flavorful. Got here early Sunday afternoon because the line was not absurdly long -- about 6 ish parties in front of us and waited around 15-20 minutes. The interior was really small and there's really only room for to place your order -- if you ordered a drink or sandwich you'd have to step outside to wait. There are a couple of small round tables covered with umbrellas for small parties if you want to do a small meet up or wait for your goods. We had wanted some croissants and apple tarts but unfortunately they had run out of the Apple tarts by the time we ordered (another excuse to return next time). We were convinced by the nice lady at the register to pick up not one but two almond croissants because they were fresh out of the oven and I'm SO GLAD we did. It was still hot/warm when we took our first bite after walking back to our car -- flaky amazing lamination with a steaming frangipane filling, for sure the best almost croissant I've had. The regular croissant was also good but not fresh/warm like the almond croissant so it left less of an impression but I can imagine it also tasting amazing if we got it fresh. Naturally, I asked a random customer what all the hype was about, and they told me this place was famous for their croissant pastries. Well... next thing you know, I'm standing in line too after a very full lunch. I ended up trying the Chocolate Almond Croissant for $6.50, and let me tell you something -- I am a HUGE croissant girlie. While I'm not normally the biggest chocolate person, Spain and Portugal recently changed my perspective on dark chocolate, and apparently now I'm in my dark chocolate era. And honestly? This croissant was BETTER than the super popular pastry we had in Barcelona, Spain. The chocolate wasn't overpowering at all -- it had the perfect amount of dark sweetness without being too rich. But the real surprise was the almond filling layered at the bottom. Oh my gosh... chef's kiss. Nutty, creamy, not overly sweet, and perfectly balanced. Chocolate Almond Croissant -- 9.2/10 I can only imagine how life-changing this would taste fresh out of the oven piping hot. Service was fast despite the line moving constantly, but just know there's no indoor seating. It's very much an order, pick up, and go type of spot. Ambiance was welcoming and super friendly gals. Definitely a must-try, and I'll absolutely remember to stop by again anytime I'm in Burbank. Happy eats!!

I paid $30 for 1 fresh juice, a croissant breakfast sandwich and plain bagel with cheese (I did tip like $2). We were full for hours and right on time with our schedule eating, so yes, I will come back here again if I am in the area.

    1. Another perfect Los Angeles day. Woke up and the weather outside was yanking me out of bed…read more Before I could even put my clothes on, I could feel Jess & Kora on the other side. Waiting for me. Waiting for us to get lunch at Belle's. Life was good. But what's even better than good? Great. Life was about to be great. 2. On the way in I saw a strange man outside wearing sunglasses. He looked at me. Friend or foe? I ran through a list of my options. Run. Stand my ground. Kiss. But then I realized I recognized him. This wasn't a stranger. This was a friend. 3. "Hey," I said. "Hey," he said back at me. Casey. We knew each other. I mentioned I was about to dine at Belle's and he immediately complimented the establishment. "Do you know who Harry Mack is?" I told him I didn't. "He's a freestyle rapper on tiktok. I saw him eating here once. I told him I like his videos when we were both in the bathroom." In the bathroom? Or in the line for the bathroom? I didn't follow up with any questions and left the conversation bewildered. 4. I sat down inside, waiting for Jess & Kora. We had eaten here together many times and this excited me. Nothing quite like eating lunch with your friends. The only thing better would be if you were getting massages from beautiful men and women. The thought brought a smile to my face. The kind of smile that hurts your cheeks so much that you wish pain was only temporary. 5. Jess showed up. Shortly after Kora did as well. The boys were back at it again. I looked around. I could tell everybody was aware of who we were and what we were doing. I even caught a stray look from a table of three men that was tinged with a tear. Jealous of the friendship we so effortlessly commanded. It was as if we were massaging each other's minds with our words. This is the kind of experience one can expect while in the presence of Zed C. from Yelp. The kind of experience you read online and think is fake but is actually realer than reality. The kind of experience that can only be contained with two slices of bagel. 6. From the jump, we were talking Area 51. The laughs were as plentiful as the refills on our cups of coffee (frequent!) But the happiness could only take us so far. It was only a matter of time until we began looking at the walls and the photos that covered them. Photos of people, of bagels, of everything that wasn't... us. There wasn't a photo on the wall of us. Zed C. from Yelp and Jess & Kora. I don't believe in divine justice, but we do what we can to form some level of fairness in a galaxy bent on chaos. Entropy consumes us all but... if Belle's could put a photograph of the three of us on their wall... maybe hope isn't just a false promise of what's to come. Maybe life could exceed great and become... excellent. The same tear I saw in the stranger's eye populated Jess' eye. Kora's eye. & mine as well. We shut our eyes and pretended that this moment never happened. The boys were back at it once again! 7. Our food arrived. I had ordered the ECA, the egg, cheese and avocado mash bagel. Everything. At home I only get plain because the seeds go everywhere making my kitchen into a literal hellscape. Here at Belle's? I indulge myself. So what if a seed doesn't land on the plate. They'll clean it up. They always do. It's why we keep coming back. That and the quality of the food. The ECA is encased in a god-tier bagel with the type of eggs that are so fluffy you could've sworn you bit into a cloud. Every bite is a reminder of the strength of modern civilization and the many sacrifices we make to be a part of something bigger (and tastier) than our own selves. 8. Eventually the conversation spilled over the edge and one of us waved a server down. One that we were friendly with. "How can we get our photo on the wall?" She wasn't receptive. But she offered a possibility... "We could put a mirror on the wall and you'd see yourself on the wall." Jess laughed loudly and as she left he told us, "She thinks we're stupid." & you know what? If she did we'd be okay with it. Because that's the type of guys we are. We roll with the punches and get down with the lunches. 9. I'd like to quickly respond to the review written by "S A." in which they said "This place is NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY" because they were forced to wait in line like everybody else. Because of their "hungry kids" they wanted everybody else to get behind them. Sounds like your "family" isn't RESTAURANT FRIENDLY. Maybe it's about time you got in line and learned to respect the rules of the culinary tradition known as "waiting until it's your turn". 10. I left Belle's feeling better than I did when I walked in. I was refreshed, I was quenched. I patted my belly and let out a sigh. Life was great. It was all downhill from here. Then I turned around and looked at Belle's. A reminder of what was to come. The boys would be back at it once again. I smiled a final time. This time it was permanent. I've never stopped smiling since.

5/27/2026 4 Stars -…read moreminus 1 Star for lack in parking spaces. First time at Belle's. PEC Got it on a plain bagel. The bagel was fluffy and had a nice chew! Herby mayo, hot sweet peppers had a hint of spice, pastrami was soft and not too salty, egg was fluffy. It was a good bagel sandwich. However, I don't think I'd reorder this. LATKE Crispy and savory. The sourcream and apple sauce together was delicious. Absolutely loved the apple sauce, which had a beautiful texture and sweetness that was addictive. The star was the applesauce! SALT BAGEL, EVERYTHING BAGEL, CACIO E PEPE, EVERYTHING PUMPERNICKEL BAGEL All of the untoasted bagels except the Cacio e Pepe, had a firm outer texture, a bit hard to tear apart with hands. Inside the bagels were dense, yet had a light chewy texture and not dry either. Toasted, they were even better. The outer crust was beautifully crispy and the inside bagel was soft and chewy. The beet cream cheese was delicious with all the bagels! Cacio e Pepe was soft all around, unlike the other bagels. Cacio e Pepe had a light cheese and black pepper crust. It wasn't full of cacio e pepe flavor right off the bat, but still enough to know what you're eating. If you ate only the top bagel, I think you'll get the best of this bagel. Still good all around, even toasted. I think it will be great as a bagel sandwich. Everything Pumpernickle had a good pumpernickle flavor in addition to the everything seasonings. They did not skimp on the seasonings! Every inch of that bagel was covered in seasonings! Favorite Bagels: Salt Bagel, Everything Bagel BEET CREAM CHEESE Delicious! Smooth, creamy, almost buttery! This is whipped cream cheese with roasted beet puree. Light in beet flavor, it had dill in it too. I was hesitant in getting a tub because it was on the pricier side. But it was so good, glad I got it! SEATS / AMBIANCE It had a lovely East Coast diner feel when walking in. But still, the space felt a bit cluttered. There were booths, counter seats and outdoor seats too. It was packed inside on a Wednesday lunch. Got there before noon. CUSTOMER SERVICE Overall good, friendly service. Staff was smiling and that's always a good thing! Went on a Wednesday before noon, but it was nearly packed. PARKING Horrible. Just horrible. Street parking only. There's a few spots directly in front of Belle's, but it's metered parking too and also it was full. It's parking that always makes or breaks your experience when driving to LA. After driving around to find a decent parking spot, I finally found one close to Belle's, but after parking, I realized it was a loading zone. So hurried to get my food to go and just ate in the car. Overall, I enjoyed the bagels here and would love to return for their bagels and lunch offerings.
