Great service and good donuts and breakfast sandwiches. Always ready when I call ahead of time.

Was in the area and craving donuts. Found this place on Yelp and glad we did. And it is open 24 hours, 7 days a week! The donuts melted in our mouths and were so delicious. We went for the traditional donuts with sprinkles, fruity pebbles, and Oreos. Prices were decent for the amount of donuts we got. They also serve sandwiches, which we did not try. Definitely stop by if craving donuts.

Deliver by door dash around 6:40am. Delicious food, milk tea, smoothie are available, ok price, highly recommend :)

This little hole in the wall is a hidden gem!! The only reason for the 4 stars is that it does not have a huge donut selection and their apple fritters are thin and overly sweet however everything else about this shop is A+++. I typically wouldn't -1 star for only donuts but... it is a donut shop! Lol The breakfast sandwiches are my favorite. Fresh, affordable and delicious! What an affordable and yummy alternative to fast food breakfast. Their smoothies are borderline overly sweet...but isn't that the point of a smoothie?? was seriously contemplating a 5 star for the fact they are open 24 hrs AND they do lunch sandwiches however again... it is a donut shop! Lol. It also has keto friendly and vegetarian options. In fact, their tuna is bomb... simple just like mom used to make. A A++++ for sure.

Can the Thai tea be made with no sugar?

No it cannot because our thai tea is brewed and mixed with sugar already. If you want it less sweetened, you can ask for more creamer to tea ratio.

Told us everything is made in-house, even the sauces! That's really good to know and makes me feel better about the food. She even gave me a free delicious cookie for being a first timer! And she comes around from time to time to check on us to make sure we're enjoying our food. Really nice to receive this kind of attention from a fast-casual restaurant. The Santa Maria BBQ Salad looked good but I asked her if they could substitute the chicken with the Chimichurri steak and she said "sure!" And surprisingly they did not charge extra! I love restaurants that are flexible like this. My salad bowl was SO good and filling. Lots of good stuff in it: chopped salad mix, coleslaw mix, Applewood-smoked bacon, crumbled goat cheese, corn & black bean salsa, grape tomatoes. Served with chipotle ranch dressing and blackberry BBQ sauce on the side, and a fresh baked focaccia bread. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the cold meat. I was under the impression that the meat was going to be hot. My BF got the Southwestern Sandwich. It was delicious. All the Southwestern flavors were there but not overwhelming. The sandwich was hot and juicy. For a restaurant that makes everything from scratch, their prices are very affordable. Both our meals were only $27 total. Friendly service, great food and good prices - what not to love?

My husband and I consider ourselves sandwich connoisseurs, and we honestly can't believe we don't come here more often. Upon entering, you see the minimalistic menus of sandwiches and drinks. (There are also small paper menus available but the aesthetic is a treat!) it's a small spot, but it exudes personality and a homey vibe. It's like a pub setting you see in Shaun of the Dead but much more comfortable and low key. The servers were very friendly and attentive to our table. I tried the French Dip and the BLT. Both were delicious and packed with meat. One thing about Windsor Brown's is they DO NOT skimp on the meats! Huge points! I executed a beautiful cheese pull upon my first bite, but could not capture it on picture because I ate too fast! So you'll just have to take my word for it. My family also enjoyed their sandwiches. They tried the Devil Made Me Do It and another sandwich with ghost peppers. We all left with our bellies full and our spirits high! 5/5 WILL return next time I'm in town.

What made the stop even better was the service behind the bar. The employee taking our order and serving the sandwich was genuinely pleasant, attentive, and accommodating, offering great recommendations that made choosing easy and the experience even smoother. The sourdough was exactly how it should be: fresh, crisp, lightly toasted and sturdy enough to hold everything together. Inside, Calabrian deviled egg salad met a perfectly jammy egg, spicy mayo and peppers for a creamy, tangy kick with just the right amount of heat. Messy? A little. Worth it? Absolutely. This was a lip-smacking, reach-for-another-bite kind of sandwich. We didn't have time to dive into the beer selection, but there were plenty of tempting options. With its business-district location, this would be an easy stop after work for a cold brew and a seriously good sandwich. Quick stop. Great service. Killer sandwich. The Devil Made Me do it.

I was meeting my foodie friend there at 12:30. The parking lot has limited space, which made it an extra challenge to park. Thankfully I only had to circle the block once to come back and snag a spot. (Meanwhile, my friend got there before me and was already enjoying an appetizer). Orders are placed at the counter and they call your number once your food is ready. The dining room consists of mostly booth seating with one "communal" table, and counter seating with 5ish chairs. There are also a handful of tables set outside. I've really been enjoying banh mi and their Bulgogi beef sandwich sounded great. I also happen to have a thing for popcorn chicken, so I got an order of that to round out my lunch. Oh, and based on the rave reviews I've read about their peach & lychee green tea, I ordered one of those as well. Let me just say, lunch was very satisfying! The sandwich was generously filled the fresh ingredients and the meat to veggie ratio was perfect. I'm not sure what the green sauce was that they finished the sammie off with but it was SO tasty!! I requested the popcorn chicken with medium heat and it was just spicy enough to leave my tongue tingling slightly. My friend saved an egg roll for me and it was also really good. (The tea by the way was very refreshing.) Now, this was my first time here but I never saw anyone come out to check the dining room or wipe down the tables after the lunch rush. This was especially concerning to me because they had a guy doing work on the windows who put his feet/ shoes on the tables right under said windows. Ewww. But aside from the parking challenge and the table hygiene/cleanliness, our visit was quite enjoyable and the food was very good.
