Suuuper cool concept. I'm a fan of Doordash and their cloud kitchen and distribution idea is so so fascinating. Have ordered here a few times and every time the food was made exactly how I asked and was packaged nicely and arrived at an appropriate temperature/time. Ordered goop Kitchen from here, and the food was great! Was kept very cold (despite us arriving 15 minutes past our pickup time; traffic is never here eat around here!), was very tasty and I will def be ordering again! Picking up food from this location however, isn't a great experience. The building is confusing when you don't know you're picking up from a Doordash location, and not the restaurant. The staff also seemed very confused when we asked for our order at first. Not sure if they're just used to only drivers picking up from them? And parking is hard to find! read more

Yes! The future of eats is here! Not only did I get to experience the wave of the future for doordash and food ordering, but met some wonderful people in the process. Doordash Kitchens is essentially a food hub. It has 7 different Kitchens for 7 different eats. Wingstop, Coffee, Milk Bar and Goop Kitchens (just to name a few). There are a few locations popping up, and each location has different "kitchens". It's own kitchen for each restaurant, inside one location. They own a few neighboring tenant spaces which house each kitchen. You order on the app, and walk in and pick up. Food is made fresh and I love the fact you can get so many different restaurants in one location. I opted for wingstop. The only downside is it wasn't a local location for me (30mins during traffic hours). Luckily. I called after my order and gave them my ETA. They made it a point to not make my food until I was there so it was as fresh as possible! They only made me wait maybe 5 10 minutes and even brought it to my car! Great friendly service (shout out to Mina and Robert!), so sweet and personable. Gave me the rundown of how these Kitchens work and was so informative. I was honestly pretty excited about this whole concept. Fresh delicious food Parking for pick up right outside the Kitchen, marked with a sign. Door dash deliver has lost the plot. There is no care of delivery of hot food. The order placed at 11:15 was finally received 45 minutes later and very cold. They tell you to contact the driver while sending more stops and you receive no explanation. Just trying to drive you to pay more for faster delivery only to do the same but at a higher cost. Parking is horrible and there will be cars lined up in the street with their hazards on. Don't expect to be able to use the bathroom or have amazing service since it's just a pickup counter but it's not horrible just not my favorite either. read more

It was so easy to place this order and to pick up. Lots of parking on the street I walked in and picked up my order and walked out. The food was delicious and warm. The Place looked clean / organized and the staff were extremely nice. 100% recommend this place is fantastic, I plan on returning to pick up. What I order garlic chicken strips, original spicy and hickory barbecue, seasoned fries. Everything was spectacular my absolute favorite was the garlic chicken!!!! The staff here is delightful. They gave me a warm welcome, asked how my day was going, and made me feel appreciated. It was above and beyond the service of a normal food place. My DoorDash driver dropped my order off at the wrong house, and sent a photo of a front door I've never seen. I let DoorDash know, sent them the photo, and asked for my money back. They refused. I got a ridiculous email saying that they "escalated" my claim to the powers that be, and my refund was denied. I hope whoever got my $60 dinner enjoyed it, and that DoorDash enjoys losing a long-time customer. Do better DoorDash. read more

Very convenient especially if you are ordering from multiple restaurants that operate out of this "kitchen". They have a Wingstop, Lucille's BBQ, Goop Kitchen, Milk Bar, Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream and Grounds and hounds coffee. Very efficient process, order on the Door Dash app for these restaurants for pick up, pay for your order like usual and then pick it up at this location. They have 1 dedicated street parking spot for pick up so makes it easier to find parking. read more

I am a VIP customer (as DoorDash mentioned). Recently, each time that I placed an order, I received wrong items or late delivery like 1 hr late. Each time I need to call over there and the only answer that workers can gave it to me is, " sorry for it" " do you want cancel your order". When I asked for the manager, " half of managers are busy with other customers and the other half are in the meeting!" Door dash straight strong armed me and rob me of 35.00 for two tuna sandwiches from subway. The dasher left the order at the wrong unit according to the pic they emailed me upon denying a refund. Even though the specialized team say they would investigate they ignored me after I sent in the pictures comparing the two doors , the door to my unit has a wheelchair accessible mat and the other unit didn't . As you can see in the illustration the doors don't open the same direction. However, they were firm in there decision. They say there's no corporate number and the decisions stop there. There has got to be someone above the support team. I've spent thousands with door dash since the pandemic, for them to treat me this way is unjust! I ordered through DoorDash a Dennys order. I ordered a medium well steak, with potatoes and over medium eggs. It offered a side of toast or pancakes. I selected pancakes (See the Doordash Order) When the order arrived the steak was visibly burnt, dry and I was unable to bite into the steak. (see pictures in Doordash chat) The egg was over hard so the yoke was solid. The potatoes was visibly burnt. No pancakes arrived. I took pictures and immediately made contact to DoorDash.. When I made chat contact I was immediately told no help. However I bypassed and sent the pictures and the condition of my food. I was immediately directed to a special department. I was told to allow 4-24 hours for a response. However, no response. I called in Saturday to dispute the $5 credit because the entire meal was unsatisfactory. The cycle response to allow 24 hours is what I received. I called Dennys. Spoke to the Manager Kim she stated she would make contact to DoorDash to issue the credit. However, no response, no follow up. By day 4 DoorDash agents have denied my refund and disconnect the call in my face. read more

There is nowhere to leave a review for either doordash or as a driver for the company. I wonder why? I drove for them for 2 years when suddenly I was deactivated. I was never sent an email giving me a reason although they claimed they did. I had no violations no complaints and almost a five star driver. They said there is nothing I can do for 90 days. There is never a supervisor and you will never be able to speak to anyone other than the customer service representatives. I have never felt so uncared for by a company in my life. read more

this evening, Sunday, 31 December 2024 I ordered a pizza and pepperoni puffs and a regular Pepsi from Little Caesars, which was delivered by DoorDash. The order was only $25 but nevertheless nobody wanted to help me the service sucks. Because on delivery of my order, I found that the small box of pepperoni puffs that I ordered to go with the pizza was opened instead of having four muffins it had only three this means that my order was tampered with little Caesars pizza laid off the responsibility onto DoorDash, although they claim that there was no order for me from a certain restaurant, and I went to two restaurants to run it down both did not claim. This is not a good way to conduct business because little Caesars clearly put it off on DoorDash to try to get my money back from them and I could not get any good service from Little Caesars. I was cursed at and told to get the fuck out of the store. Not good. My business is not with little Caesars anymore. read more

I closed my Door Dash account and I advise people to use Grubhub or Postmates. On a night I was hungry and not feeling well, my driver called, saying he was here on his cell phone.
