We were at friends' place and got delayed, so it was dinner time. They suggested to order an XL pepperoni pizza at Milan's since it's close by and they got it a few times before. We placed the order, went to pick it. The wait time was very good, the pizza was almost done when we went there. It was nice to get it hot, OK customer service. Good for pick up, not recommend for dine in. As far as the pizza goes... average to mediocre, one of the worst I had in a long time. Not bad, but soggy, hard to hold the slice, the crust didn't leave an impression, they could have put more pepperoni on it. Tomato sauce was undistinguished. Forgettable. I feel like they are trying to hide the low stars by changing their name. Food- I ordered the medium Milanis pizza and it tasted delicious to me, had the right amount of jalapeños, thin crust, had pepperoni sausage cheese, I was satisfied. This place is really good, what really excited me is that they're open until 1am! That is very rare around these areas. Very friendly service and their pizza is tasty. They brown the cheese just right and it's pretty simple, straight to the point pizza. Their large can feed 2 people easily with a few slices to take home for the road. I come here when I wash sometimes. I had 10% off but the slice app was charging me a "local business fee". Even though I remember when Milan's first opened they were only open until ten. Now that they are open until 4 am I KNOW they are doing good and should not charge a fee. Also it's gonna be illegal to do that so make sure you check your receipt. Once I placed the order, I found the restaurant and saw it had mixed reviews and still decided to give them a try without canceling my order. When I received my order, I noticed the sandwiches were much smaller than I thought. For $13, I expected something bigger. The size was fine but the price for it wasn't. The mushroom sandwich was great but the Chicken Bacon Ranch was missing the ranch and it was pretty dry. I won't be ordering from here again because I feel like I was overcharged for small sandwiches where one of them was missing the main ingredient. The restaurant itself is very clean and cute. However, the food is where they lose me. The smash burgers USED to be great but they completely changed it, the quality has gone downhill and the sauce doesn't even taste the same. The Italian sandwich was just ridiculous, the meat tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge forever and they put so much Italian dressing on there is was all I could taste. This place is amazing. We live near by and finally tried this place for the first time about 2 months ago. And my wife and I love this place. From the pizza, wings, burgers, pastas, etc... We've tried various items and there is not one thing we don't like here. Our favorite thing to get are the wings. They are big, crispy, and taste amazing. This was our first time ordering from Pimp My Pasta, which we later discovered upon searching that it is actually named Milan's Pizza NoHo. At least here on Yelp, that is. One dish we ordered was pretty good, but turned out to be on the smaller side: the House Spaghetti. The salad was scant. Very little food for the price. The House Fettuccine we also ordered was pictured as having broccoli in it, but there wasn't a trace of it when we got it delivered. We decided to call them, but ended up having to search high and low to find a phone number for them. Going by just the address, we finally found a food place by a different name than the one they have on Uber. Here on Yelp it is Milan's Pizza NoHo, but on Uber, it's Pimp My Pasta. That made contacting them very difficult. Is this by design? We asked the man who answered the phone at Milan's Pizza NoHo if this was the same place we ordered from, Pimp My Pasta, and he finally said yes, so we asked why the names didn't match. He just said "we go by many names." His tone sounded like he assumed we should have known that. We asked why the House Fettuccine didn't match their photo and he said in a condescending voice: "Oh, the photo is old and wrong. You need to read the description." We said we did read the description, but not everything is always included in descriptions, and we trusted the photo meant that that was what we would get. Nope. We politely suggested he change the photo to match. He kind of scoffed in a rude way and we knew that meant he didn't plan to change a single thing. If you want pasta, there are other places that treat people better, have dishes that are worth the price, and actually serve food that matches their photos. read more

Even though the pizza is amazing and prior to this visit the customer service has always been amazing, sadly I will never eat here again. I walked in to place an order this time and the woman said hello I said hello back still maintaining eye contact she picks up a ringing phone and begins taking a phone order. I watched her go from touching the phone, to touching her AirPod, touching the register, scratching her face to bare handed dropping onion rings in the fryer. I even watched her walk in and out of the kitchen a couple of times with no hair net in. I think the most shocking thing was seeing her touch people food with NO GLOVES after touching so many surfaces. I watched her drop two orders of food with no gloves and went back to the register to take someone else's order that walked in. While taking that order she begins dusting dirt, dust or crumbs off of her shirt. Her hands touched so many different surfaces. There were other people that work there that saw her doing it and didn't say a word. So I assume this behavior is normal and i don't want me or my family getting sick from her neglect, carelessness or unsanitary behavior. read more
