There seems to be something at play here with all these one-star reviews, because they all sound exactly the same. I've ordered twice via DoorDash from them and the cookies always arrive in the time mentioned, they're always fresh and they're excellent. For me, the only downside is the amount you have to buy because I like an assortment. In other words, if you want say peanut butter and sugar cookies you have to order each and a) it's too many and b) the price is huge. So, my only suggestion, and it's the reason I don't order more than I do, is to make combos or some cheaper options. Most places do that and it works really well. But the cookies themselves are great, at least my two orders were. I hope they hang on and I encourage everyone to try for themselves - don't always trust the one-star reviews and besides anyone who knows anything about Yelp knows that I am the ONLY one you should listen to. :) read more

I wanted some late night cookie and came across Cookie Monsta with some high hopes based on their photos. I love a good freshly baked chocolate chip cookie so I placed an order on DoorDash. It prefaced that it was going to take 65-75 mins so I was aware there would be a wait but typically orders don't actually take that long. But it did. When they finally arrived I was extremely underwhelmed with what came in the box. They were just dry bricks of flour with like 4 chocolate chips max in a cookie. Some of them only had 1 or 2. The dough itself didn't have much flavor either and tasted more like a sugar cookie without any sugar. Very dry but they did come warm so that was the only positive. I really don't like leaving poor reviews on small business but it's not really worth your money at all. It was not an enjoyable experience. You can make better cookies at home from the grocery store for cheaper. If you are making a business out of any product you should be wanting to provide your customers with the best experience and that's not what is happening here. read more

Don't let the pictures fool you! 45 minutes for cookies to be made. Decided to say why not, since I had some time in the day. I ASSUMED based on the time for them to be made they are making them from scratch, that unfortunately was not the case. The dough was pre-made in a huge storage bucket the guy just adds toppings and calls it a day. So waited the 45 mins just to receive mushy cookies, cookies weren't chewy or crispy. Highly disappointed. Customer service was pretty good though. Can't fault the guy on that. read more

Check the menu seems nice and pricing fair , Today we order the 2 monsta oreo shake + 1 cheese cake + 1 cheesecake oreo , 1 - the 2 cheesecakes were as if were from Carl's jr. 2 the cheesecake oreo was not only pieces of oreo from on top of the cheesecake with the whip smelling gas and melted as if was milk ( really bad ) my son tasted and didn't believe it. ( defenetly going to trash ) (respectfully! No safe . The oreo shakes ( famous ) were at last 10 spoons of sugar on each ) way to sweet and at least add some ice crusted to have a better taste. Do not bother with them. Completely unprofessional, barely have their phone on half the time. I had ordered for a party, confirmed a few times and tried getting the address multiple times with no answer- on the day of the pickup, I waited hours for a response (the text didn't go through until 11ish because they don't have their phone on)- pickup was set for before 2pm- he finally responds around 1pm saying he won't be there until 5pm. We had experienced issues previously via Postmates and DoorDash orders where we would order, and after waiting about an hour, the order would get canceled. We chalked this up to being such a small business that operates out of another restaurant and decided to order for our party anyways thinking the issue wouldn't happen if we were ordering directly. After a weird interaction with the owner and then an hours long delayed response the morning of the event, they canceled our order. Siting that it was our fault for not re-confirming the day before. This place does very shady business. They allowed me to place an order at 2:30 in the afternoon on Grubhub, taking my payment and everything, only for me to call them after my cookie order hadn't arrived after being delayed twice, and find out that the bakery is separate from the restaurant (online, it doesn't say that at all) and that the bakery doesn't open until 5pm. But they still took my money. Had to call to GrubHub for a refund. Definitely don't order delivery from here. read more

This place is great. I appreciate this guy for creating a hustle within his already running pizza shop. The cookies are made FRESH so when they're delivered, they're hot and ready. Nothing pre made then delivered. The pizza is really good too! Highly recommend if you have a sweet tooth. read more
