After the initial repair, they left a rattle in the door panel and another rattle coming from the wheel that I could actually feel through the steering wheel. I brought the car back a second time. They fixed the door-panel rattle, but the issue with the wheel was not fixed. About a month later, the paint on the bumper they repaired started chipping off. I brought the car back for a third time to address the paint issue and the ongoing wheel rattle. They did fix the paint, but once again, the wheel rattle was not repaired. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. The amount of time and inconvenience I've spent returning the vehicle for issues that should have been properly addressed the first time has been extremely frustrating.

Two weeks later while sitting in the car I heard a loud pop, a dent had appeared in the same spot. I took it back to the shop and showed it to the owner and was accused of kicking the car. I got angry and left, since then it's just snowballed. All the snaps began popping off little by little and now the front end comes loose. The clear coat is failing and there's drips and fingerprints in the black paint under the parking lights. I would never take them my business again nor would I recommend them to anyone.
