    Quesadilla

I stopped by here a while ago but didn't have time to dine. Today worked out and our waitress recommended poke nacho's and it was delicious. It comes with just 4 chips as you can see. It was awesome but just not enough. The quesadilla is probably the best that I've ever had. Our server said the food is west coast based and the only thing missing is the ocean and breeze. 3 sauces carrot habanero, Yucatán pepper were great and a must try when you come. They also have a pickup window for a breakfast burrito.

Food: Burrito was pretty average. Had good flavor because of the pico de gallo and avocado but nothing special. Service: Pretty slow although we were the only ones there at that time. Atmosphere: Take out only for burritos so there's no seating available.

Really vibey ambiance and thankfully not too busy on a Sunday morning! We ordered the passion fruit juice and horchata coffee - I was a bit surprised when they said they were only able to serve the coffee hot - it came lukewarm, so, I ended up asking for a glass of ice and simply pouring it over it. We then got a bacon breakfast burrito and the chilaquiles. Both were great! The chilaquiles had a perfect amount of spice to them.

Dos Santos has hands down the best breakfast burritos in town!!! Every time we visit Castle Rock, it's become a non-negotiable tradition to stop by Dos Santos for breakfast. It truly never disappoints. The burritos are consistently amazing--fresh, flavorful, and just the right size to keep you full without being overly heavy. They're packed with high-quality ingredients and have that perfect balance of eggs, potatoes, cheese, and whatever protein you choose. Plus, the salsa that comes on the side is incredible--zesty, a little smoky, and the perfect topping to bring it all together. One of our favorite little routines is ordering at the window and then walking around the corner to the coffee shop while we wait. It makes the whole experience feel relaxed and local. By the time you've grabbed your drink, your burrito is hot and ready to go. It's such a smart and convenient setup. The staff is always friendly, the vibe is casual and easy, and everything about this spot just feels like a hidden gem--even though the secret is definitely out with how popular it's gotten. Whether you're a local or just passing through, I highly recommend making Dos Santos a stop for breakfast. You'll be hooked after the first bite. Stopped by for the margarita flight later in the afternoon and YUM!!! Highly recommend and a great place to hangout.

Back in the day when Dos Santos first opened in downtown Denver, it was one of my favorite gringo taco restaurants. When I found out recently that Dos Santos is now in Castle Rock I decided to check it out with my date. The restaurant is clean and modern and there's plenty of seating. I enjoyed the libations specifically the spicy margarita. The spicier the better. My date had a traditional margarita. We mostly ordered off of the happy hour menu. From my enjoyment of the past the enjoyment of the present was lackluster. The crispy fish tacos were delicious and were our favorite items to order. The owl, Pastor was overwhelmed by pineapple. The poke chips were good, except there were only four which were gobbled up quickly. The pork belly which was my favorite taco to order downtown is sad in this location. There is a strange glaze on the top and way too much lettuce that overwhelms the pork belly, it is no longer braised but fried. The service was good. Everyone in the restaurant seemed extremely young, except for the cooks and the general manager. The bill was pretty high, especially for ordering off of the happy hour menu. There was an addition to add spice to each of my margaritas. My date does not want to go back. I hyped it up so much due to the downtown location. He is a chef and said that he could make much better tacos at his home for me

We got the marg flight (9/10, could've been bigger). Chips and salsa (7/10, could've had some spice). Ranking the tacos we had in order (starting with best): Chicken Tinga, Al Pastor, Crunchy Beef, Steak Arrachera. I love being able to sit outside!

Dropped in for a late Saturday dinner and drinks. Ambiance here was great, patio lights at sunset were nice and the music just right. Staff were very friendly. Decided to start with the Mezcal Old Fashioned which was well balanced. For mains, tried the chicken tinga quesadilla with carrot habanero hot sauce. Absolute fire, 10/10. Closed off the night with a house marg loaded with Tajín.

House Margarita was very good. $12

We went to Dos Santos for the first time last Saturday. We chose a table indoors. The metal chairs were not very comfortable and the table was super wobbly. My husband folded a napkin under part of the table to make it stop wobbling. The menu options are great. The prices are on the high side, for sure. My ($12) house margarita was tasty. My husband enjoyed his ($9) can of beer. We started with the poke nachos ($16). They were nice to look at and absolutely amazing, so good! My husband had the Steak Arrachera taco ($6.25). He said it was delicious and cooked perfectly to a med-rare. He loved that because he says most places cook the *^#@ out of the beef. I had the Governor's Shrimp taco ($6) and it was scrumptious. It was not like any taco I've ever eaten. The food at this place is really good, special even.

If you are in the area or looking for something different, you might find this place to be exactly what you are looking for. Parking: street parking only I got very lucky tonight and found one right at the front of the restaurant. Walked in, greeted by hostess who also sets the table and brings water. Tonight, the place was full and had one end of the community table free, which we took gladly. Ambiance, lively and filled with so many vibes. Recommend ear plugs. The next table had a super loud group. It was super busy night and took bit longer to take our order but once it started moving, everything was good. Lots of delicious drinks and food offerings. Took lots of photos and different offerings but saved only one, tuna tostada. Tuna Tostada with Sriracha Aioli, Cucumber, Avocado, Ahi Tuna, Pickled Onion, Scallions, Fried Leek. - yummy. Quesadia was also excellent.

Came here on a Friday night for tacos and drinks. It was busy but we were able to get seated right away. The wait staff was super friendly and attentive during the evening. They had great drink and food recs! Our table loved the variety of margs and other cocktails available, and boy were they strong. We all got a variety of tacos. Our favorite was a monthly special and I will beg of you to bring back the jalapeño popper taco more often because it was SO. DAMN. GOOD. We were all full at the end but ordered another round of just those because we were obsessed. I also really enjoyed the tuna taco and the shrimp taco! We all really enjoyed our night there, the vibe was really cool and fun, and we'd definitely come back!

Checked out this place initially for brunch but saw the tacos and decided to stick with tacos. The location is nice a lot of people on the patio for nice weather today. We started with chips and Guac - didn't love love the seasoned chips as they had some spice that my toddler couldn't eat. Got 5 tacos to share - fried fish, governors shrimp, Al pastor, Barbacoa and chicken tinga. The chicken tinga and Barbacoa were pretty good. The Al Pastor was crunchy pork I didn't love I like a sweet pork with pineapple -needless to say I've had better. The shrimp was yuck. really saucy and idk just didn't go. The fish was good and crisp with slaw. The margaritas are outrageously expensive for a short glass on rocks was $15! I asked for sugar rim instead and came salted - had I known I was paying $15 I would have sent back. I had a hard time drinking with the salt. My guest got the blood orange mimosa was only $9. Was I blow away? Nah. The bill was $81 for 5 tacos, chips n guacamole and 2 drinks OUCH!

Dos Santos is a great place to come with friends or a date! My husband and come to dos santos when we can get away from the kids! The service is nice, food is great and ambience is lively. It can get busy on happy hour so come early! There's street parking and it's located on the heart of downtown castle rock!

    Breakfast burrito GROSS fake potatoes

The breakfast burritos are made with what appears to be potato chips for potatoes. Thin and greasy not good at all. This tasted like dirt. Buyer beware.

I ordered the filet mignon salad, and honestly it was to die for. At first I thought it was a little unusual that the salad came with fingerling potatoes, but wow... it totally works. Steak and potatoes are a classic pairing, and somehow putting them on a salad just makes it even better. The filet was cooked perfectly and everything tasted really fresh. My husband ordered a sandwich (I wish I could remember exactly which one), but he really enjoyed it and said the French fries were excellent too. The Benedict has a very rich and unique taste. It's not bad, just different. The million dollar bacon is way too sweet. It tastes like bacon cake which if that's your jam you'll love it. We loved this place when it was Tribe but our one complaint is when at capacity you can't even hear the person across the table from you. I don't mind a mild roar but this is like people are standing next to you screaming in your ear. Look, we support local businesses and this place is no exception. I think that we had very high hopes for this place and our fist round was fairly average. The service was good and, again, people who work here seem to take real pride in the restaurant so kudos for that for sure! BTW, they are starting to do dinner Thursday-Sunday. We haven't tried it but we were told to come back for dinner which we will certainly do.
