Just last week I visited the Michelin Bib Gourmet recommended Sichuan restaurant in Memphis and trust me this one is even better than that. The menu starts with a stereotypical american Chinese menu but pass those pages and you will the real deal - the authentic Sichuan menu is so well curated. Each dish looks tempting.
