They were efficient in explaining what the process would look like from the start, and were able to troubleshoot quickly as small issues came up. The crew also went above and beyond making sure that all items were wrapped carefully and offered suggestions on how to improve certain things we had packed that might have resulted in damages. Double Eagle movers did a GREAT job with origin pick-up but many of our items arrived damaged, which was pretty disappointing, to say the least.
