Roya arrived to my bridal suite wearing a "MIGA" ("Make Iran Great Again") hat, a slogan modeled after Trump's MAGA movement and associated with political rhetoric about Iran. Regardless of personal beliefs or current events, wearing anything political as a wedding vendor is very unprofessional, especially when there is a chance of you being in bridal suite photos. Thankfully, my mom and maid of honor asked her to remove it before we headed to the venue because i didn't want my guests to misinterpret her hat, but the situation stressed me out on what was supposed to be a peaceful and relaxing morning . And the hat appeared in my wedding photos/video and I had to ask my videographer and photographer to make edits. She also ran about 30 minutes late to my trial and arrived 40 minutes late on my wedding day past my requested start time. I anticipated that she might be late based on reviews and prior experience and adjusted my timeline accordingly, but that is not something a bride should ever have to plan for, especially at this premium price point. Lastly, she left right as my reception began, despite me paying for touch-ups throughout the wedding. At the time I was fine with it, but by the time I cut my cake and after dancing, my bangs looked sweaty and no longer appeared polished. I am not sure if this is typical, but I wanted to share my experience.

Any shorter just trimmed he made it shorter I complained and some lady that works there said she would take over so she did she was gonna bleach it anyway he was just gonna do the cut so all sudden and done she got bleach on the brown part of my hair. I was gonna leave it and I mentioned it to her so she was fixing it while she was fixing that they prepared my bill $190 and I'm like I'm not paying $199. We're gonna call the police on you. It was $65 plus $35 that does not come to 199 make a long story short I went ahead and paid with it on my two credit cards. Call them sheriffs Department they're not supposed to tell you one price and then make it higher not even tell you about it. Second of all I called the Better Business Bureau also and let them know what kind of business is going on there. I'm sure I'm not the first person very sad. My hair is a mess. Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you when she put the brown dye on the back. That's when I got in an argument with Andrew about how much to pay and she didn't even wash the day off and I told her and she said yes, I did. She never took me back there.
