I stumbled upon this little neat place as I left CVS after my flu shot. It was convenient due to the drive thru line. There was one car ahead of me and they did not take long. I ordered a Vietnamese coffee and pork spring roll. Both items were really good. I think the coffee was a little too sweet for my taste but still good. The man that took my order at the window was friendly. I want to go back and try more foods because I had a good experience. I wanted to love this place because of all pf the good reviews. Unfortunately when I ordered my chicken sandwiches, one had an extremely long hair that ran through the entire sandwich. I had taken 1 bite of the bread before I saw it. Also the shredded chicken was dry and cold which was unsettle considering they had just opened. The Vietnamese coffee was great and the Chai Tea as well. Service was good when I went back for my refund. They were very apologetic. read more

Omg this place is soooo good!! I always get the number 10 with extra cilantro and pate. All the different flavors from savory to fresh to the tangy pickled carrots and jicama. A very average Vietnamese sandwich place which I should have seen coming given the name that advertises their coffee more. Can't say much about the drinks as we didn't order any, but the sandwich was a bit tough and not very flavorful. I think I've been spoiled by the great sandwich shops in South Seattle enough that everything pales in comparison. As stated, the bread didn't seem very fresh or tasty, the egg was made omelette style without seasoning, the pork was average and the pate wasn't really on the flavor radar. I think the best point of the sandwich were the pickled carrots but even those were only slightly sweet and missed the kick that you would usually get from the vinegar. Moreover, the sandwiches are about $6, which is fine usually but the service and food you get seems comparatively underhanded with the price. Fortunately there are quite a few Vietnamese restaurants and cafes in the area (though not frequent in that particular intersection) if you are in the mood for Vietnamese food. read more

Found a gem of a place for awesome Vietnamese sandwiches and Vietnamese coffee at a low cost. It's like what you find in the Seattle Delis except it's in a Renton and it's better. I've tried about 5 of their sandwiches and all have been great in flavor and texted. Their other sides such as spring rolls and humbaos are good but nothing to rave about. The Vietnamese coffee is actually unique in flavor. A different mixture by the owner to stand out. The 1 coffee gave me everything for a drive down to Cannon Beach, Oregon and back to Renton. It was packed with so much deliciously flavored meat, lots of fresh veggies, and just the right amount of mayo and a little fresh jalapeño to give it a kick! The french bread was perfectly toasted! I tried to eat half the sandwich and save the other half for when I got home, but I couldn't resist it! I finished the whole sandwich while driving. This place is worth the drive. I have been wanting to come here for the longest time and bookmarked it a while back. I got the grilled chicken combo rice plate. The chicken comes out roasted and hot! I really enjoy it when there's some color on the skin (will attach photo), also the side salad portion, comes with Romain, daikon, and carrots. You know they picketed their veggies right when it tastes so good-- (I'm excited to come back and try their Vietnamese sandwiches now) I also ordered the Vietnamese coffee and Thai milk tea. The Vietnamese coffee is good. Comes out strong with a large portion. Im use to the smaller cups full of ice, so imagine that but triple the side and less ice, haha, yes you will be caffeine wired. This is a tiny shop with a drive-thru that shares a parking lot with a CVS and chiropractor, so there's always plenty of parking if you don't want to do the drive-thru. The owner is super friendly, and the prices are excellent for what you get (~$7.50 for a sandwich and $9 for a drink + sandwich + fresh roll). My favorite sandwich is probably the #2 special combo, which is an item I think every banh mi shop should have mastered. I'm not a coffee connoisseur, so I can't say if the coffee is REALLY good here. The only comments I have are that I'd definitely order it again, and the coffee to ice ratio is great. If you want to sit down and get some work done, Double Wired has free wi-fi and a couch corner, complete with a coffee table. Overall a nice place to grab a bite and relax a bit. read more

For food - The bulk of the food menu has banh mi options, banh bao (humbao), spring rolls and egg rolls...But there are also American sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, and muffins. There is a separate menu for meal combos. Pretty simple. Pretty straight forward. The prices are more than fair and the portions are great...I ordered the taro blended boba tea and a grilled pork banh mi. The sandwich wasn't spectacular in the flavor department, but was fresh and generous with meat and veges. The bubble tea tasted good and was well blended. Ordered a Thai Iced Tea with boba.. Boba is totally falling apart. I have never seen this at any other boba place. Also I have never seen any bubble tea served in a cup about the size of a grande cup in Starbucks.. And $4.50 for this small cup??? Totally not worth it. I will stick to their passion fruit smoothie with lychee jellies. Bahn Mi here is ok, but nothing you would get out of your way to get.
