Great business hotel in the area of Columbus OH. I am here for a three day conference, the rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet, breakfast on par with similar hotel brands, and the staff friendly.

Really good customer service from the front desk and an overall very clean and comfortable hotel to stay at! And the cookies are delicious We did have some issues with the tv saying the wrong name and then doing a lot of glitching when we were trying to watch the basketball game but it sorted itself out after like 15 min.

Stayed at this hotel for an event at Zoombezi bay and has a great experience! Was able to book through the app, checked in and out effortlessly and staff was attentive. Bed was comfortable, only complaint is the super soft pillows. Was greeted with my name on the TV and a chocolate chip cookie! Bar and breakfast available, along with a little store. Parking available onsite. Looking forward to being back!

Bedbug I took off my leg.

Customer service from the hotel and Hilton corporate. I have stayed at this hotel a dozen times. This time I woke up with bedbugs. My sheets had blood on them from scratching and actually pulled one off my leg in the morning. They put me in another room and that was it. After contacting Corp and having a dozen conversations with a promise to address I never heard from the hotel manager. Three weeks later the manager called and said they found no bugs and credited me 10,000 points. Corp won't intervene because it involves bugs. I've been a lifetime diamond member for 5 years with no complaints. Moving on to I-Prefer properties.

FIX YOUR FIRE ALARM SYSTEM! Had a (false) fire alarm go off at 6 AM and again at 2:50 PM. Annoying when you have a toddler trying to sleep!

Our room was very spacious with nice amenities. I just love the layout of this hotel and room. We looked around at things we didn't use but we were only there one night. Nice gym, a beautiful pool and hot tub with the handicap accessible chairs. There were several families having a really good time. There's three glass elevators that overlook the atrium as u travel up and down. In the morning their breakfast is fantastic!!! Just about anything u could possibly want! Eggs, bacon, potatoes, sausage, pancakes and a make your own waffles. Juices, Coffee, toast, bagels, cereals and the best was they will make an omelet for u. U pick your favorite ingredients! All of it very good! We really enjoyed our stay with just one little glitch. Our room was stuffy but no adjusting the thermostat would get it below 74. It was hard to sleep with a room that warm. By the time we realized it, it was late or we would have asked to be moved. We informed the desk as we checked out so it can be fixed before the next person stays. (Room 720)

EMBASSY SUITES COLUMBUS DUBLIN: come for the breakfast. Then leave…read more Things started well enough: decent-ish room, pleasant staff, and a quick move closer to the stairs for my nervous dog. I reported loud water-leakage sounds above the wet bar to acting GM SCOTTIE WILSON. Staff later said nothing was documented. Management's repeated defensiveness about water issues was hardly reassuring about what they are trying to hide. Anyone with a functioning olfactory system is not fooled. The replacement room was repulsive. Photos show before and after "deep cleaning." Can't tell the difference? Neither can I. SCOTTIE WILSON explained that guests usually stay 3-4 nights, so maintenance of rooms isn't a priority. My mistake was staying long enough to notice. SCOTTIE WILSON recommended an extended-stay Hilton for a clean room and offered another room at Embassy, punctuating with his whole chest that cleanliness is not a guarantee. Quite the endorsement. I have acute dyspraxia and requested removal of furniture that posed an injury risk. A small table disappeared promptly; a lamp and chair required international negotiations. Staff called ADA accommodations a "personal favor" and said I should have booked an accessible room. Apparently neurological disabilities need a wheelchair and light-up doorbell to qualify. A hotel advertising 17 meeting rooms and capacity for 1,100 guests supposedly couldn't store two small items--even when I offered to move them myself. Removal took 24 hours, three broken promises by 3 different staff, including SCOTTIE WILSON, and a threat to contact government agencies. My intermittent 6.5-channel TV service also vanished during the dispute and returned days later when SCOTTIE WILSON had to eat crow for violating both ADA and breeching our corporate housing contract. Coincidences abound. Our corporate-housing contract is in my adult daughter's name. She works in NYC and visited for her birthday. Saturday, staff verified her ID and issued a key. Tuesday, the employee who called ADA accommodations a gift refused a replacement without opening our account: "I'm not giving you a key. Are you going to call [your mother] or am I?" I was called down from my room. SCOTTIE WILSON arrived, repeated the denial, and turned a simple KEY request into an argument, seemingly trying to get me to say I wanted to leave. I declined the infantile bait and laughingly said he could "die mad about it." Pearls: CLUTCHED. He treated the humorous remark as a physical threat and told us to leave. Staff mocked us, clapping and cheering in front of guests. Birthday visiting time became packing, loading the car, and calling corporate housing. Despite his smug superiority complex, SCOTTIE WILSON had no authority to make us leave, nor to deny access. Shortly afterward, SCOTTIE WILSON acknowledged to my daughter that the contract supported my daughter's access and backtracked on making us leave. Apparently at Hilton Hotels, paperwork gets checked AFTER telling displaced guests, including a child, to get out because they don't recognize the face of a registered guest. His remedy? Disingenuous apologies and "free" dinner. Because a burger fixes public humiliation and a half-loaded car when you have nowhere else arranged. Again: we asked for a KEY that we were legally entitled to and presented identification necessary to prove as much. We received verbally abusive behavior from 3 professionally inept and weak individuals instead. Days later, an unexplained $125 charge appeared on my card, absent from the "complete" folio. We'd spent $4 of our incidental deposit. Staff couldn't explain it; SCOTTIE WILSON was supposedly the only supervisor, unavailable for hours. His promised follow-up never came. Hilton Corporate? Also MIA. The outward-facing Flock/TactiCam parking-lot surveillance seems considerably more attentive. You can find those in Hilton lots all across the city, facing outward from the properties rather than into their lots. Just an FYI, since they aren't willingly offering up that little tidbit to potential guests. Credit where due: food-service staff are friendly, the buffet reliable, restaurant food excellent and fast, and the lone bartender handled a packed room admirably. He isn't responsible for booth upholstery that gooses guests or splintered table edges that snag clothes. Housekeeping is pleasant but can't scrub away years of maintenance neglect. Both overnight front desk ladies are fantastic, too. TL;DR: Rodeway Inn masquerading as an Embassy Suites.

But the suites at this Residence Inn don't just have kitchenettes -- they have full kitchens! In the hotel room, there's a refrigerator and freezer, a stove with an oven, a sink, dishes and silverware, and lots of storage for your food. The room also has a two-person bar table just off the kitchen, so there's somewhere to sit and eat. Having a kitchen and table in our room made our stay just that much more enjoyable. We stayed in a room with a king bed, but there were four of us so two of us slept on the pull-out couch bed. Both beds were comfortable, and they give you extra linens and blankets for the pull-out, and you can request more if that's not enough. This hotel has an indoor pool that's pretty large, and the water was warm. The gym, which is right by the pool, is kind of small, so you might want to get there early so you can work out by yourself. There is also an outdoor basketball court around the side of the hotel. Just ask the people behind the desk for a basketball if you didn't bring one with you! The only downside to our stay was that housekeeping will not service your room unless you're staying for a week or more. So each day, we had to leave our own trash bags outside of our hotel room for the staff to eventually pick up. We also had to do the same with our wet/dirty towels, and then request clean towels at the front desk each day. It was kind of a drag. Apparently, this is the new standard with hotels since the pandemic, so I kind of expected to do my own room service. It just puts a downer on the trip, and I wish they would reinstate room service again as a standard.

I was in town for two meetings in the Dublin area and I selected the TownePlace Suites as the hotel opened in 2021. They accommodated me for an early check-in, but I didn't feel like my Bonvoy status was recognized. No upgraded room was offered. This hotel has an awesome workout room, plus an indoor pool and laundry. Not sure why a room with two Queen beds is priced less than a single King, but that's what I selected. Everything was clean and the bed was comfy. I just wished the pillows were firmer. My room had a glass shower, but I don't understand why the glass covers only half the shower. Inevitably you're spraying water out onto the floor. I was also surprised how noisy the room can be when someone is walking on the floor above your room. Like the Residence Inn, they had a complete breakfast buffet and the personal pancake maker. The Dublin property was a great stay.

We returned to our room Monday July 14th at approximately 9:30 pm. Like the day prior it appeared no one cleaned the room. I went into the restroom to prepare for bed and noticed an item on the bathroom sink. The item was a used BLOODY TAMPON stuck inside the wrapper of the new tampon. I'm assuming it was left there by the cleaning staff that entered my room but didn't clean it. The hotel front desk was notified and I requested he come to the room. He did so and we went to the front desk to resolve the issue. Not once did he offer a new room and when we asked who was going to clean / sanitize the bathroom, the attendant stated it was NOT HIS JOB!!! He also said, the cleaning staff would not be in until the following morning. I requested he give me the GM's number so I could call him. The attendant refused to provide the number so I requested he call the GM to resolve the issue in which he promptly refused. My son got justifiably upset and the attendant threatened to CALL THE POLICE and THROW US OUT of the hotel. I called Marriott and filed a complaint. Marriott asked for the attendant's name which he failed to provide and was not wearing a name tag. Finally, I demanded a new room which they provided but at the expense of a good night's sleep. Tuesday morning, Paul the GM said, he would contact me by Wednesday evening, this would give them time to investigate the incident and stated we'll make it right. It's been a week and I have not been contacted by Paul or Marriott. Paul appears to have been trained by Salma the former GM. Read the other reviews (Francis B. Mar 2, 2022) that talk about cleanliness and how they were treated by hotel staff, they push back. Nothing has changed at this property. To add insult to injury they comped a friend staying there that I called to witness the item in my room and the behavior of the front desk attendant. I would have rated the hotel even lower if it was an option. Extremely disappointed in Marriott.
