Doctors are excellent. Knowledge and help address concerns but the two stars are due to scheduling.. they give you an appointment time and without fail you're waiting twenty to forty minutes every time. I came in because my husband lived across the street from Dr. D's parents and swore by his scientific approach to chiropractic care. I came in, had a long consultation that turned into 10 sessions of BrainPaint neurofeedback therapy and chiropractic adjustments. I was completely overwhelmed by the first appointment but am SO GLAD I made the decision to invest in my physical and mental health. The office staff are AMAZING, both of them are great but I deal with Tiffanie and she rocks the front office. Patients are seen timely, they are kind, and fast (without making errors). This is amazing during Covid! Dr. D is fantastic, personable, and really seems to care about each patient. He also seems to remember each patient's history and personal discussions each time he sees someone. BrainPaint was really hard the first session, I cried 2 minutes in, I was angry all weekend, and felt disassociated afterwards. My advice - keep going! Im now on my 4th session, my sleep has improved (slightly), productivity (immensely), and overall feeling myself smile more. Unwilling to teach you how scheduling works , nobody confirms with you, I wasted time, gas and money to drive here only to be told there was a scheduling error in the app and doc can't see me .
