They simply show I was a licensed agent operating under an independent contractor agreement, which is how every real estate brokerage in California works. Instead of addressing the concerns I raised -- * inconsistent leadership * disorganization * revolving-door turnover * and meetings that went sideways -- Scott Chaplan tried to create a false narrative to get my review removed.
