NightVision did not do their due diligence and failed to determine ownership of my house (unlike…read moreany other company would) when my renters paid for them to come out and install outdoor lighting. When the renters left they took all lighting components. NightVision came out and capped off very few of the exposed wires left around the property, left many wires exposed, and did not repair the holes drilled into the siding of my home from the multiple switch boxes. There was $3,700 worth of damages we had to try and recover. I made several attempts to speak with the owner and was given the run-around until a secretary told me he wanted to speak with his lawyers before he returned my call. The only "excuse" they gave me was that they don't often run into renters installing lighting (admitting that they should have) and did not offer to fix any of the damage left behind. Since then I have only received several phone calls (likely them running through previous estimates in hopes for a new sale) from a salesman asking if I wanted to continue with an estimate for outdoor lighting. Every time I explained they left my property in poor condition from my renters and then they would never return my phone call until the next salesman came along hoping for another potential commission. I wouldn't trust this company as far as I could throw them. I'd give zero stars if I could. Pictures below.
