The prices were reasonable though and the couple serving food in the truck were friendly and helpful. I like that there is a smoker in tow, but I rarely see it smoking; there is potential for good food here but I did not receive it on my trip. There are not a lot of choices for BBQ in Sierra Vista, but I have to say that I would probably pass on this place and travel elsewhere for barbecue. I ordered at the front counter and had my meal delivered to my table. I ate in the larger dining room (the one on the left as one enters the building). My chicken itself was dry, but tender, with a distinct Mesquite flavor. The rice was ok and the beans were delicious. The three thin flour tortillas were also melt-in-your-mouth buttery soft. I had leftovers. Chicken is the only meat protein. You can buy a full chicken bundle for $31.99, or a half bundle for $17.99. Sides are either rice or beans (no greens). Pepsi products are sold. A small cup is $2.49 and a large cup is $2.75. There is also Lipton ice tea. Fountain drinks are refillable. Bottled water and other canned drinks are also sold. The ambiance is akin to a fast food Mexican eatery. Walls are yellow and red. All the light fixtures desperately need cleaning. It was a bit chilly inside. I used my credit card so there was an additional 3% surcharge. Total for my meal was $22.93 for a half bundle and large drink. The place got busier as I left. A man waiting for his food told me the owners changed the name of the place from Bisbee Beverage and Deli to Dylan's Pizza Bistro after they turned into a full restaurant. I walked in at 5:30pm on a Saturday. There was one server and three cooks and the place was busy! The server kept taking phone orders, drive-through pick-ups, and walk-ins like me. He never stopped to take a break while I was there. I ordered a cheese pizza for my husband and a gyro special for me. I also had a mango margarita while I waited and the drink was the best thing about my meal! The pizza did not impress me; the crust tasted like a frozen pizza but the server told me the pizza was made in house. The salad dressing didn't taste like Caesars and it had tasteless little dough balls in it. The gyro was good, though. I liked the ambiance and will be back to order burgers and sandwiches.
