Dolewhip Pineapple and Cake Batter base, with cheesecake, blueberries, strawberries, and peanut butter chocolate toppings
Alex M.

Great service, the staff were friendly. The inside is kind of cramped, but the yogurt is great! They also have gelato flavors, and a good selection of toppings. Downtown Yogurt also has locations in JC and near WCT.

The most amazing frozen yogurt experience is at Downtown Yogurt in Tribeca! They have Gelato's imported from Italy. Flavors include Cherry Blossom, Tiramisu, Fior Di Panna, are all flavors you must try. The taste imported me straight to Italy, such a delicious treat. The atmosphere is beautiful with equally beautiful decor. Special thanks to Jeremy, and Ellie, your service rocks! Definitely will be a regular to this super sweet gem.

Pineapple Dole Whip Sorbet-12oz Cookies & Cream Frozen Yogurt-12oz

I used to really like this place, even with the high sticker price for a yogurt shop. The Dole Whip is good, my girl likes the others base flavors. However, lately when we order, the yogurt shows up with a crazy skimpy amount of toppings. We hoped this was a fluke, but every time the same thing. Order shows up with very little on top. Each topping costs 1.75... 5 cherries? A tiny handful of sprinkles? For two bucks? And todays delivery was better with the toppings than the last two times (though today is still completely unacceptable for the price). This might be ok if toppings were included, but they are not. Going to be switching to another business in the future.

Love me some froyo especially when there are lots of topping choices. Upon arrival the lady assisted with me the process and I grabbed a cup and went through the froyo options. Cookies and Cream and Cake Batter were my choices. Despite loving all the toppings, I kept it simple with just Oreo cookies. Liked that they had the utensil labeled with what the toppings were. Made it much easier to see vs pointing and asking. Would like to be more adventurous and try different flavors with toppings on my next trip, I'll just take it to go. I sat inside to enjoy as it was quite humid and warm outside. The only downside was with the front door open there were quite a few fruit flys around which were unpleasant.

I came here for a Yelp elite promotion and was absolutely blown away. I expected one ice cream cone and walked away with a cone, a milkshake, and soft serve. I was so giddy that you'd think I never saw ice cream before in my life! When you first walk in, it seems like a typical frozen yogurt joint. You see all the machines on your left for your cup-filling pleasure. But then there is so much more! They also make homemade brownies and donuts, as well as provide an array of traditional ice cream flavors and options. There was a lot to choose from! The staff was so kind and helped me pick everything that I wanted. One server named Alex was particularly helpful. I was wowed by the customer service! I ended up with the salted caramel pretzel ice cream, a cookies and cream milkshake, and some blackberry / pineapple dole whip froyo. The froyo was SO. GOOD. everything else was good too, but the dole whip blew me away. It was very refreshing. I would definitely suggest coming with a group. They have plenty of seating and lots of good vibes. I'll swing by here anytime I'm in the mood for froyo!

It wasn't as smooth as I like. The flavors were a bit too sweet for me but they have interesting flavors too. It was a small store but seems to have decent walk ins.

Love this place!! They have a lot of flavors to choose from. We got cookies n cream, dole whip, vanilla and truffle chocolate. What surprised me was the cookie dough topping. It was so smooth and soft - practically melted in my mouth! The workers are really friendly and approchable. 10/10 recommend

Pineapple dole whip, Parisian tarte, and wild blackberry froyo with strawberries, blueberries, mochi and chocolate crunchies

Stopped in and was greeted by the friendliest gentleman. I didn't catch his name, but he was extremely welcoming and just so easy to talk to. I told him it was my first time there and he patiently explained to me their soft serve options and made some great recommendations on flavors and toppings. I went with 3 different flavors- pineapple Dole whip, Parisian tarte original and the wild blackberry, topped with some fresh strawberries, blueberries, mochi and chocolate crumbles. I saw that they also offer a vegan almond silk soft serve! I absolutely loved the froyo. It was a good consistency that didn't melt right away like some other places. Downtown Yogurt also contracts with Edible Arrangements- there were many orders being prepared by the kitchen staff and picked up by delivery personnel. While I was there, they offered me to try one of their chocolate covered strawberries, such a kind gesture and so very delicious! For those who like to sit down and enjoy their frozen treats like I do, there are a few tables inside as well as a few child-friendly benches outside. Had such a great experience here and would return. Thank you for an amazing Yelp event!

Ordered delivery from here many many times. It is always amazing. The dole whip with rainbow mochi is great. The vanilla disks are amazing and last well in the freezer. The selection of toppings and frozen yogurt flavors are great!

Amazing service on 3/3/2024 and the flavors were so good. Hidden gem - prefer their froyo to other ice cream shops in the neighborhood

As with all locations the Boba is the star. The strawberry Boba has a nice sweet chew that had great texture and bounce. The green tea was strong tea flavor without being bitter it was not overly sweet I will definitely recommend this location specifically because of the seating and ambiance Service was quick and packaging was efficient

I've never tried a Japanese cheesecake before and was extremely excited to be able to pick up some treats for my coworkers as well as my partner's birthday cake from Keki. Ordering is fairly straightforward and done with a simple machine outfront. Once your order is ready one of the staff members hands it to you through a window; there is no inside area accessible to customers but our food came quickly and we took it back to the office. The cheesecake was fantastic. I read a bit about the background of the shop online and how the owner really cares about using high-quality ingredients, specifically dairy. It was justas described, light and bouncy. I enjoyed how it was not overly sweet and found that it was all too easy to devour the entire cake over the course of two days. Despite it not having much weight to it, it traveled surprisingly well as I took it home on my three train commute! Similar to what others have said, the real highlight of the shop, in my opinion, are their cream puffs. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but the outer layer was thin yet had a nice little crunch to it. We tried the classic milk, cookies & cream pistachio and ube flavors. Our favorite was the pistachio by far, which had such a unique yet decadent flavor and our second favorite was the milk cream puff. There's not much else I can say other than you really have to go here and try the desserts yourself. If you're a fan of Japanese desserts that are rich yet not too sweet, you'll be a fan of Keki.

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.
