I've worked in quick service before, and those last-minute drive-thru guests can really disrupt the closing routine--so I hated being "that guy," but I was absolutely starving. Raising Cane's is one of my favorites back home, and getting it after such a rough travel day felt like a small gift. What made this stop truly stand out, though, was the staff. Even with ten minutes left before closing, they were cheerful, kind, and welcoming. If they were frustrated by my late-night arrival, they never showed it. Instead, I was greeted by a smiling team member who handed me hot, fresh chicken that absolutely hit the spot. Their attitude turned the end of my day around. The checker was super helpful, asking if the request for no bun was allergy or preference, then asked how we would like it, a lettuce wrap or salad. When they called my number, I went to pick up my food and realized that I didn't ask for my fries to have Cajon seasoning on them, I asked if they could help with that, and the guy was overjoyed to help add some spice to our fries. Normally I wouldn't have reviewed this, but this location seems to get a lot of poor reviews.

We went to the machine and decided to order from there. We ordered regular Oreo milk shake and a regular m&m milk shake. The bad part is we were waiting around 10-15 mins for just 2 of the drinks. The cashier seems to be talking to his friend who was the customer at the counter. We wouldn't mind but it seems like it's taking too long for just 2 drinks. One lady next to me checked her bag, realized it was the wrong order, and handed it back. Then that same bag was handed to me, and I had been waiting so long that I just took it. But turns out--it wasn't mine either. I went inside to get it fixed, and when they remade it, the bag seemed right. But when I opened the sandwiches, they weren't even what I ordered. At that point, I didn't bother going back again. I didn't even eat the food. There were a lot of employees working, so I don't really understand why things were so backed up or why so many people were getting incorrect orders.
