There are some things about their menu that I don't like and find confusing. Everything on the menu appears to be priced well except the burgers. This is because they do not include any toppings other than cheese and a side of 3 optional small pickles to put on the burger. All other toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc) are SOLD SEPERATELY. If I am buying a $9 burger, and you think it is good without toppings, I understand not putting them on the burger, but if someone asks for it, it shouldn't be extra. Once we get past the menu and on to the food itself, I find that Rep's is very correct. The burger, nicely smashed and caramelized, complete with it's cheese and (optional) pickles, needs no other sauce or topping. It is very flavorful, and paired with a nice brioche bun. It really is delicious! The problem is, without any of the extra toppings, it is kind of a small burger for $9. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't need those extra toppings one bit. In fact, after eating it with just the (optional) pickles, I don't think I would want to add anything, but this does make it less filling. So although this won't be an economical place to go if you are super hungry, it is a great place to go for a delicious smash burger. I wish them the best and will be back to try their Big Bad Bird chicken sandwich which sounds amazing!
