As a business if you say you are open at 10 am on a weekday, you should be open at 10 am (actually you should be open at 9:55 am) I went a little early, waited until 10 am, no sign of anyone. I called he said he will be there in a minute, I waited another 5-10 mins. No sign of owner/employees. It's a weekday, you work on phones, you should know how vital your job is. People have work and can't wait around. I had another lady equally disappointed when she came at 10 am and left. I run a business myself, it's not right to make customers wait. The guy called me twice when he got there, which shows you're desperate. If you as a business owner can't be there on time, pay an employee to be there at least. With my experience, he was very personable but had multiple customers coming in and out. Judah is the man! I had my friend try and fix my phone screen...simple fix....thought it was pretty standard and so did he. 3 hours later, got my phone back in PIECES! I rushed to Judah, and in less than 30 minutes I had everything replaced and working. I think he felt bad for me because the damage was so bad and I had already paid for it elsewhere. But going off the reviews here, as well as seeing his interactions with more customers as they came in first hand, I can tell he treats all customers fairly. These guys are great. My girlfriend and I are pretty tech savvy and can smell crooks trying to sell us work we don't need. After she had a great experience fixing her Samsung Galaxy, I took my iPad in for a screen repair and had a great experience. The previous guy: Overnight Pc Repair and Mac in Woodland Hills replaced my screen less than a year ago and I started loosing touch responsiveness on the top 1/4 of the screen. My wifi also lost 80% of it's ability to pick up a signal. I finally took it to Dr. Digital. They videoed the whole process of opening my ipad up an showing me what they were looking at. Apparently the previous repair guy destroyed the wifi cable when he replaced the screen. Additional $ to fix, but glad these guys found it. Dr. Digitial was great, they said it would take 24 hours and had it back the same day instead. Highly recommend if you need a phone, tablet, or computer repair need. read more

I replaced broken screen of iPhone 6 to original one. After two months it got vertical lines in the middle of the screen, that wasn't fix, because the warranty was expired, the warranty covering only for one month. I google the issue, it looks like there's screen hardware issue. It happens about 3-5% to iPhone screens. I think it should be coverer under the warranty, since it's hardware issue and not an usage issue. There was another guy who replaced a screen to not original one few weeks ago and came back because it stop working. They took care of him for free, since it was not original screen replacement. The bottom line - don't try to save money on iPhone screen, go to apple store and change it there, the price different is not too high from Dr.Digital price. Otherwise - they are good guys, I fixed there android broken screen about year ago and everything works good. read more

Years later and still my go to spot when I need to repair my phone. I've come in probably another 4 times to repair my phone since I first came in. I've never had any major issues with the screen replacements. If I did I'd just come back in and they'd get it straightened out right away. I had a big misfortune when I turned to Juda and Dr. Digital Cellphone and Computer Repair. My wife has a Mac Book and the screen malfunctioned so we decided to take it in. Juda was very unprofessional, talked to me like I was slow and acted like the job was going to be more of a nuisance and a bother for him, instead of being grateful for a new customer. My perception and feeling of not being welcome and treated like I was slow was dwarfed at the quote that Juda gave me to repair a very simple problem. The price I was quote was at least double than what I got at Fry's for the exact same work. The only reason I took this in to Dr. Digital was to price compare and to get the job done quickly because Fry's had a long wait to repair and my wife needed her computer back fast since she designs on it. I am very impressed! Last month I was looking for an iPhone 6 phone to purchase. It was difficult since all the upgrades and new versions of the iPhone have already been released, no one is selling new iPhones before the iPhone 6+. I finally found Dr. Digital and they gave me a great iPhone 6 for an amazing price. However, since it is a used phone there have been a couple technical issues here and there. Juda is a chill guy who's absolutely trustworthy when it comes to your digital issues. I've worked in digital media for a long time so I know how it feels to walk into a place as a female and know instantly that I'm pretty much gonna get ripped off. Dr. Digital doesn't do that condescending stuff. The owner and staff just help you to get back to life as usual as quickly as possible and for the best price they can offer and still keep the doors open. You want your local computer/digital experts to stay in business! Dropped my phone, an iPhone 5S, several days ago and the screen was entirely messed up. Cracks leading to every corner, left side of the screen not even functioning at all, phone was basically destroyed. They guys at Dr. Digital fixed it up within 45 minutes, as they had other people in line as well. LCD and screen replacement cost about $100, which is a fair price. They have a bit of parking in the back and a ton of meters as well if necessary. Gave 5 stars, would obviously recommend if you need it fixed as fast as possible. read more
