After reading an article on how unclean ducts can set your home on fire, I called David to clean my never-cleaned ducts. He arrived the next day and told me my dryer ducts were actually clean and wasn't going to charge me a dime. I told him it was drying slowly and he poked around outside and found debris in some weirdly-rigged outside vent. It was quick, he was friendly, and a really good flat rate. Our dryer was taking forever to dry a load of laundry. We googled the problem and the solution was to have your dryer vent cleaned. I contacted Dr Dryer vis Yelp message and heard back from Dave within the hour. He was professional and helpful and provided me with a quote and appointment window. He texted me during my appointment window with updates and arrived on time. He was profession, wore a mask and was friendly with our animals. Over the last few years, my wife and I noticed it was taking longer and longer for our clothes to dry. We have a 25 foot long dryer vent pipe running in the crawl space to the side of the house. After spending $$$ for a booster fan that didn't help and replacing our 12-year-old washer and dryer, the problem ultimately got worse to the point of taking 4 hours to get a load 'sort-of' dry. I'd even paid the HVAC guy who installed the booster fan to clean out the vent pipe. His solution was to bring a compressed air tank in and blow air down the pipe--lame. I should've followed up and asked him to show me what came out. After checking Yelp, I called Daved, who arrived on schedule this morning with his son--father/son business. They were both friendly and professional and went straight to work. After checking everything out, Daved gave me a very reasonable estimate to reconnect the existing duct (eliminating the booster fan) and to properly clean everything out. They worked an hour and a half using blowers, brushes, and vacuums. When they were done, they showed me a huge pile of crap they removed and explained that there was an equal amount still in the vacuum cleaner. Then they cleaned everything up and demonstrated the much improved air flow. The flow of air out the exhaust is amazing now! I just did a heavy load of towels and it only took 45 minutes to completely dry. I'll be calling Daved every year or two from now on. read more

Thank you David and Jeremy for excellent work. 2 weeks ago I purchased a Groupon deal for my dryer and air ducts. After the Groupon company supposedly cleaned dryer vents and air ducts I was still having the same issue.... lots of lent and my 5 years old is very sensitive to dust... she keeps getting sick. So I decided to get a second opinion and called David. So glad I did, he and Jeremy quickly cleaned all of my ducts the proper way and showed me before and after photos. David also found a lot of lent within my dryer that could have caused a fire. These guys are a gem!! I will be calling them every year to clean my dryer vents.
