Located on the 2nd floor in the Fashion Show Mall in Vegas. This was on our things to do list in Vegas. We had experience this before while vacationing in Punta Cana last year. So, what the heck we decide to do it again. When you check in on Yelp you get a discount. Nice clean space and decorated nicely. I deducted a star off because one of the young ladies. She had a funny acting attitude, and I don't deal with that kind of behavior. My thing is if you don't like people get a job that doesn't deal with customers. The fact that she was standing outside the business doors with an unpleasant face. The other young lady was very nice and explained the process to us and was very attentive. Yes, I made sure to ask how they clean the water after each customer. The information was very informative. Fish pedicure is definitely a fun thing to do. It will leave your feet feeling soft and so smooth.

Let me start by saying the customer service was superb. The agent was knowledgeable and very accommodating. However I will say this is not for me as I'm ticklish the fish nibbling on the dead skin was a lot for me. It did not hurt. I will say that my skin felt smoother afterwards and I only did a 10 minute session. I like the vibe in the spa as it is soothing and inviting.

Had to go to the Fashion Show mall yesterday to do some returns. My mom and I stopped by Dr Fish Spa. I've had this done before but it was her first time. The shop was very clean and the lady running the shop was so polite and made sure my mom was okay while we were there which I really appreciated. If you have not tried this before you should. Yelp gives you $15.00 off of you check-in. It feels like the fish are kissing your feet. The fish don't have teeth. Next time I will do it for 30 minutes instead of 15 minutes. My feet are so soft. Thank you little fishes!! I also heard Shaq goes in there all the time. I'm trying to meet Shaq so I will definitely be back.

Very informative on what the fish are doing while tickling your feet .... Nice experience and a MUST TRY!!!!!

This experience is not something i would have thought i would ever do but i was on vacation and my feet we're actually hurting from the shoes i was wearing. I was with 4 other people and we all decided to do this together which made the experience better. we did the 15 min plus the iconic detox. if you are easily ticklish this might be a lot for you. My experience at first it's very ticklish but you get used to it after a couple of minutes. I would do this again.

It was worth an experience. Staff is friendly. Not very clean to me as they don't replace the water after each person. Which I get as that can be exhausting. But still, gross. They spritz water on your feet then wipe prior to putting your feet in. My opinion does not make any difference. The cost of it is way overpriced of $65 for 30 minutes. Thankfully, Yelp has a $15 off of a 30 min service. Still very overpriced. The experience was cool. It tickled at first but got used to it. I will not go here again based on the price and way they "clean" your feet prior to. Getting a pedicure was cheaper than this. But again... its the experience.

Friendly service, it was a way to relax while the fish nibbles on the scales off your callus on my foot. Love the relaxing vibe

I'd been wanting to try a fish pedicure but my friends weren't interested. I stopped in on my last day in Vegas. I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee. She was able to get my pedicure started pretty quickly and was great about making me feel pampered, engaging in conversation and taking great care of me. The location is very clean and has a calming, vacation-like vibe. The water was cool, which was soothing during the high temperatures. It just felt like a massage. It wasn't weird or creepy at all. My feet were very soft afterwards. It was a nice 15 minutes of relaxation. I'd do it again.

At first I was skeptical about tbis knowing our oandemic world and such but I was wrong. The location is very beachy amd cleam. Each spa station was well kept, cleaned a d sanitized. They make sure the water a d fish is cleaned a d gas a cleanung filter ststem that cleans every 5 mins. The experience was fun and ticklish for sure. The fish really did a great job cleaning my feet. Definitely added to my self care list. They gave store or groupon promotions. Dive into this fun and unique foot splas, you won't regret it!

My friend and I came in for some self care and decided we absolutely had to try the fish and the ionic detox. From the minute we walked in we were warmly greeted and welcomed in. No appointment is necessary and we just walked in. If you are in Vegas this is a must! Their service is amazing and Kim and Tre' are the best. Very professional and very attentive to your needs and explained the whole process along the way. By the way Tre' gives THE best foot massage ever and that's saying alot because I am always getting pedicures. Give your feet an orgasm! They're thank you for it!

Had to support this black owned business! I'd head of these fish spas but there aren't any near me so I was pleasantly surprised to run across one in Vegas. These service was amazing and it's very affordable. Everyone seems to love their job. The experience was interesting. The tiny little fish immediately come over and start kissing your feet. It feels like your feet are in a champagne bubbly bath. I'd love to go again next time I'm in Vegas.

None of the pools/rooms were overly hot/cold except for the cold plunge, which I thought was nice. Snacks included small apples, dried apples, granola bites, and chocolate biscotti. They also have coffee machine, herbal tea, and flavored water machine. There is a red light mask and a pair of compression boots you can use. It's gender-specific and clothing optional. Customer service was top notch. Everyone from the front check in desk to the ladies helping to restock towels and bathroom amenities were all professional and helpful. I opted to try their new Aescape massage which is a massage conducted by a robot. You are given workout attire to wear and once in the room, you lie down and start your self guided and customizable massage controlled by the tablet in front of you. It scans your body and shows you visually which part of the body the robot is working out. You can control the pressure, type of music, and area you want to focus on. The robot's hands are heated so it felt like a human was massaging me! I wouldn't say it's equivalent to a human masseuse but worth a try! TIP: make sure to have ride share drop you off by the Augustus Tower. Once you enter, take the elevator up to the spa floor. Unfortunately ride share will only pick you up at the coliseum valet which is on the other side of the hotel so do not order your ride share until you're closer to that location.

However, my most recent visit (a few days ago) Heidi was not available and I had Gisele instead. She was kind at pickup, however, as we were talking through the consultation she visibly started becoming detached and I caught her slightly roll her eyes a few times after I asked some questions about add ons. While she stepped out and I was about to get on the table, I stuck my head out into the hall to ask to add an oil add on and she was leaning against the wall on her phone. She immediately put it away and said she could add the oil (I forgot the name of it). I thought this was a bit unprofessional since there are guests walking up and down the hall. During the massage, I asked for her to lighten the pressure and her responses were clipped and she seemed annoyed. I did not feel relaxed after and felt like a huge inconvenience to her. I always go down to enjoy the spa and it honestly was chaotic this time. I always enjoy the sauna shows (Joli is amazing!). The common area was too over crowded and it was LOUD. I get it, it's a social area but the employees should be able to ask to lower the voices in a spa, right? Apparently not. I asked Rolli (he said he was a supervisor) about it and pretty much said that's how it is and I could go to the female only side for more quiet if I wanted. I then saw him approach a female employee with orange hair and they seemed to laugh about it as she looked over my way. Also, all of the warm stone chairs had towels/robes on them to block anyone from sitting while everyone was in the pool. So no one else could enjoy them and again the employees didn't do anything about it. Okay.... I felt unwelcome in that area with them so I went to the ladies side. The hot tubs edges had black/green goop building up. Half the showers are broken. There were dirty cups/bowls everywhere. The star lounge had dirty towels built up. I went to the desk (where they give you your shoes) and there were about 7-8 of them standing inside...men too! Why can they see into the ladies only side? Again, fine I'll move on from that...but they were all so so loud and just laughing and chit chatting. You could hear them in the locker changing areas and the couches where you enjoy the snacks. While the entire spa was a mess! I got changed and left. I didn't even want to mention anything at the reception desk. It was overwhelming and underwhelming all at the same time and just wanted to get out of there. I honestly won't be coming back. The facilities are not being kept up with anymore. The service quality is very low. It was such a bad experience, there are other spas that offer better value for your money.

IMHO, the facilities here are second to none! Where do I begin: - The 2 large rectangular hot tubs are outstanding! The temperature always feels comfortably warm. (They are marked as being at 103 degrees) Whenever I go to any spa, this is one of the first amenities I head towards. I'm always disappointed when I go to a spa on the Strip and the hot tub isn't even, you know, hot. Not an issue here! The temperature always felt perfect! - The waterfall showers are also a real treat to enjoy! I've been to numerous spas with deluge/waterfall showers, and they are always so freaking cold! Bleh. At the Encore Spa, the water is once again comfortably warm! I had to check out the whole row of showers! They also have a shower where you have 9 different streams hitting you all at once from all different directions! These showers can be set to be cold or warm depending on your preference. - The steam room is also, once again, set just the way I like it! HOT! They have iced towels just outside the door so you can take one in with you. - They also have a row of heated stone loungers in the main wet area room. I've been to spas where you could barely feel the heat on the loungers. Once again, not here! My back was tight earlier this morning after my workout and this was exactly what I needed! They have 2 cold plunge pools as well. Not really my thing, but a lot of people really seem to enjoy them. lol They also have a cozy little seating area with a TV, drinks and snacks. I didn't spend much time in there though. I basically jumped around between the hot tubs, the waterfall showers, the stone loungers, the steam room, and the sauna. After about 4 hours of that, I was feeling like a noodle :) The service here is top notch, as one would expect from the mighty Wynn(/Encore). Vanessa at reception handled my check in and was friendly and pleasant. The attendants were friendly and helpful at every turn! Plus, they were really staying on top of keeping the place clean and looking great! I have lived in Las Vegas for over 20 years now. In that time, I have been to a lot of the spas in this city and Encore is far and away my favorite spa! The facilities are top notch and pristine. The service is always friendly, engaging, and professional. Although I didn't receive a massage this visit, I have purchased treatments here in the past and have always been impressed by the skill and professionalism of the providers. This has always been, and remains, a 5-star experience for me!

I have been here a few years ago with my cousins but never wrote a review. This weekend I came with…read moremy husband to relax and get a massage that was much needed. We didn't have any reservations but thought to try and see if we can book something on the spot. We got lucky cause they had a 12pm spot for two so we took it. We had two hours til our massages so we used the facility to relax and use the jacuzzi. The outdoor shared jacuzzi was really nice, it's shared both by men and women. So I met my husband for thirty minutes to relax together then went back to the women's spa area to enjoy the sauna, steam room and the other baths. There is also a salt room you can sit back and relax. They have coffee and teas for everyone. Some snacks too. My massage was amazing. The masseuse did an amazing job. First she asked me what areas she should work on so I told her. It was amazing. This spa is one of the best in Vegas cause of the facility and the people that work here. I will gladly come back again.
