My friend and I were walking through the Miracle Mile shops and saw this place. I've wanted to have the little fish nibble on my feet so we walked right in. If you like watching fish in aquariums, I'm pretty sure you will like this. Kim greeted us graciously and after signing in, got us quickly seated. She did a quick wipe down of our feet and explained what was going to happen. We initially signed up for the 20 minute session but both of us were having such a zen time than we asked to be extended and Kim said no problem. After the session ended, Kim gave our feet a quick rub down and we were on our way again. Can't wait to do it again. read more

For me, this service is overrated. 40 dollars for 20 mins. The lady was nice and took pictures. It's a one and done type experience for me to watch what the fish can do and feel them nibbling on your feet. I didnt notice any sort of extra softness or less grated cheese off of my feet. You get a quick 2 minute massage with some lotion afterwards. It would probably be good for a kids party. read more

I had an amazing experience at Dr. Fish Spa! The fish pedicure was relaxing, unique, and much better than I expected. TIFFANY was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to explain the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and at ease before we started. The spa was clean, well-maintained, and had a calming atmosphere. You can tell the employees genuinely care about providing a great experience for their customers. This place is located in the Miracle Mike shopping center. I've always wanted to try it since my mom mentioned she did it in the Philippines. So when I saw they have it in Vegas, I wanted to definitely try it. The employees there are very friendly and accommodating and want the experience to be special. The place itself have pedicure chairs around the shop with the fish in the tank below. Very clean! They clean your feet before you drop your feet in. The experience is interesting...it's like little suckers all around your feet. I could have sat there longer. I guess I'll just have to make an appointment every time I come to Vegas it's not allowed in California. Would definitely try again. read more

We had such a relaxing and refreshing experience with Kevin during our ionic foot detox at Dr. Fish Spa! He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to explain the entire process and what each color change meant. His calming energy made the whole experience feel like a mini retreat. First time coming and getting my fish pedicure. Quite an experience! Totally legal here in Nevada but not in CA. These dishes are from Turkey and they really do munch on your dried spots. For a 15 minute experiment $35 my feet were very soft afterwards. Overall process was quite surprising and quite tickly. I got used to the big fishy as it felt like a dull vibration massage. However those likely fishy were tiny suckers! They sucked on top and in between my toes. Super tickling and I couldn't stop laughing. Cried so much cuz it was hilarious! Will come back again soon! Staff super friendly. Store is located in Miracle Mile shops. read more

Wow, what an experience! I came here with my 8 year old daughter because she loves to dip her hands in the fish pool at Sea World, so I figured this would be a fun experience for us to share while in Vegas. The price seemed on the expensive side- almost $50 per person for 20 minutes of fish feet time, but then again, it's Vegas, so almost expected. The lady who helped us wiped our feet down before we lowered them into the water. Immediately, the fish glommed onto our feet, which was such a unique and somewhat uncomfortable feeling, almost like tiny little jackhammers just going ham on our feet. I don't know that I'd do this again, but my daughter absolutely loved it. The lady took a video of our reaction as well as a cute photo of us together. It took some time for me to get used to the feeling of the fish. Afterwards, the lady cleaned off our feet and gave us a quick massage. Definitely something different to do while in Vegas if you're looking for it. read more

I had this done two years ago. My feet were smooth for a year after one 20 minute session. Came back as soon as we came back to Las Vegas. I highly recommend it. It has other benefits from my understanding by increasing circulation in your feet. read more

This was one of the craziest feelings ever! I came here with some friends before we flew back to nyc. The girls working there were so nice, greeted us and immediately got us set up. They were both extremely knowledgeable about the entire experience, the benefits, the fish. It was so cool to learn exactly how the fish work, what they're doing, and the benefits for our body. They also give a great little massage after they dry your feet. For $35 for 15 mins and it's located in the miracle mile mall. It's a different experience that is cool to try. I called several times to see if Dr. Fish Spa could accommodate 3 of us at the same time. My husband had just been discharged from a three week stay at the hospital. My mom was in town visiting/helping me dealing with this situation. My husband wanted to thank mom for her help by treating us all to "fish pedicures" but nobody ever answered the phone & none of the employees responded to the messages I left. Definitely wouldn't recommend this business based on how little they value their potential customers so I can't imagine their quality of service would be any better. read more

My husband and I made a reservation through Groupon and this is a must try spa date. We were given a small canvas and paint while the little fishes ate at our feet. Employees were busy but very attentive to you're needs. However the cleanliness of the environment is not top tier. read more

This was my first time ever trying this and it was a great experience! The staff are knowledgeable and answered all of my questions throughout the session. Definitely a novelty. Fish nibbling at feet felt weird, but not a whole lot of fish and thus didn't get all the dried skin off. Also- they do not change water between patrons. I felt pretty gross after that. Would not recommend. read more

I have always wanted to experience a fish pedi, and it was a delightful, ticklish experience! We both couldn't stop looking at the fish nibbling on our feet and how one would occasionally bully another to get to the front. I don't recall who was prepping my feet and my boyfriend's feet, but he was very gentle and wiped our feet with care. I felt my feet afterward, and they were so soft! I would definitely recommend this for first-timers! read more

Have you ever wondered what it would feel like to have a bunch of tiny fish tickling your feet while also getting your feet smoothed and tidied up? Look no further! I was in Las Vegas on vacation and came across Dr. Fish Spa and I must say, what a fantastic experience! The shop opens at 11 and I got here about 15 minutes after opening. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was excited but a little nervous as I'd never done a fish pedicure before. They let me stick my hand in before the pedicure to feel the sensation and see that it's more ticklish than anything. They have you remove your shoes and such and they spray your feet down to cleanse them first, then you sit on a fairly comfortable seat and let the fish go to work! The staff then dries off your feet and gives you a short but awesome foot massage with lotion. I did the 15 minute pedicure for $35 but was amazed at how much the fish smoothed my feet in that amount of time. My feet felt great afterwards and I will definitely be doing it again sometime! read more

The ladies at the spa check in where all so friendly and spoke so nicely you instantly felt relaxed. The spa and the nail area are wonderfully calm, beautifully, and relaxing. I was escorted to the nail portion and met my technician and given my champagne. My tech was sweet, curious of my time in Vegas and genuinely took her time and care for my dear overworked hands. I was even able to keep my nail file afterwards. The surprising part, was after I was done and went to pay I could access the rest of the spa. I sat in the meditation room for awhile, had some fruit infused water and thought deeply about just spending the rest of my afternoon tucked away in that gem of a place. If you've never sat in one of those quiet relaxation rooms, you have no idea what you're missing. I sat down and instantly was whisked away, my muscles melted and I sank into my chair and was blissfully at peace. It was more than I am used to paying for a gel manicure, (120 after tip) but I'd do it again in a heart beat... and maybe schedule that massage. The nail tech was friendly enough, and patient with my ticklish feet (I always let them know in advance and apologize). The paint job was good, not great-there were a couple spots along the edge of the nail that weren't super clean. It's a normal nail spa, nothing super fancy. They did have a couple of TVs, and whatever music they were playing was all fun remixes from the early 2000s, which I enjoyed.

The older woman who worked on my nails wore no gloves, used a UV lamp as a hand rest, and there was no dust extraction system running, meaning I spent the entire appointment breathing nail dust. Even worse, the tools used on me were simply wiped off and put back without any visible disinfection. Completely unacceptable. The woman removed my previous set so aggressively that she removed skin along with the product. Instead of properly preparing my cuticles, she used an e-file in such a careless manner that she cut almost every single finger, leaving me with multiple open wounds. I requested square nails, yet every nail ended up crooked and uneven. When I asked for a correction, I was told it was "too late." Too late for what exactly remains a mystery. Then came the most painful part. She applied some product from an unlabeled bottle, calling it a "base," and spread it directly onto the open cuts she had just created. The burning sensation was unbearable. After that, she proceeded to pour gel over both my nails and the wounds. Throughout the entire appointment, instead of acknowledging her mistakes, she repeatedly insisted that I was "allergic" in an apparent attempt to excuse the pain and burning she had caused. I am not allergic--this has been medically confirmed, and I have been getting my nails done regularly for over 10 years without ever experiencing anything remotely similar. Open wounds covered with chemicals are not an allergic reaction; they are the result of poor technique and negligence. I was in so much pain that I asked her to remove everything immediately because I simply wanted to leave. I walked out with bleeding fingers, damaged nails, and paid $25 for this experience. Had I not been desperate to leave because of the pain, I would not have paid even $1. The final appearance of my nails was honestly heartbreaking. I would never allow a client to leave in such a condition. Absolutely unacceptable service, terrible hygiene standards, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for client safety. Looking at my fingers now, I finally understand why so many people avoid this part of town. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this salon. I am attaching photos from the apocalypse I experienced. Rest assured that this will be published everywhere.

If you've never tried a fish spa before, Dr. Fish Spa is a really fun and unique experience! We decided to give it a try while walking around, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our day. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and explained everything before we got started, which made us feel comfortable. The spa was clean, well-maintained, and the whole process was quick and easy. The feeling of the fish gently nibbling at your feet is definitely strange at first, but after a minute or two it becomes relaxing--and honestly pretty funny. We couldn't stop laughing during the first few minutes! By the end of the session, our feet felt smoother and refreshed. If you're looking for something different to do, especially with friends or family, I highly recommend checking out Dr. Fish Spa. As a black and Asian woman, I will say he is true to my every experience with an Asian man. Every Asian man I have ever encountered in my life is absolutely unintentionally racist. His take, because my skin is brown, and that's all he bothered to notice, I shouldn't claim half of my heritage. As this is always the case in dealing with Asian men in Korean grocery stores, out in Koreatown, CA or anywhere, I wasn't even offended, and the fact that he is so talented kept my disgust at bay. I thought we moved beyond any further racist comments, but he left me with, "Yeah, see, I can't even tell you're Asian" as he handed me my water after my service. I chose not to educate him on his shortcomings and short-sightedness. I know there was no true ill-intent. I have dealt with this my whole life. I know he meant no ill, it's just ignorance, even in a world as diverse as ours. He's extraordinarily talented, but he could use some soft skills training. My facial was with the uber beautiful and surprisingly talented Taylor. I was shocked by her technique because she is so young and has only been practicing for a few years. If I were the spa manager, I'd give her whatever she wants to keep her. She's a shooting star, and she should be working for the biggest names in Hollywood. After the massage, I was taken back to the waiting area, where I enjoyed my champagne and a cup of herbal tea before getting dressed and returning to the hype of my girls' getaway. The spa is definitely worth a visit. It can be charged to your room or you can pay separately. The extra amenities here for the price are not worth it. The location was hard to find and the service was not good.
