She said they'll look over the cameras and I asked does it really have to take 24 hours? She replied snotty again saying I dont know. Then I said "I just dont see why it has to take 24 hrs when he started looking at the cameras when I was at the facility" she said he has to look at it frame by frame for an 8 hr shift. Then rudely said "well bye". So not only is there a confusion on how many managers there are but it sounds like they also lost someone else's clothes too. They're the ones who lost my family's clothes and acting like I'm being a pain. UPDATE: Over 24 hrs later, they called me. This time it was the male again. Stating he looked through the cameras and my family's clothes weren't missing on their end. THAT'S PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE! I gave them $73 in weight of clothes and DID NOT get that back! When I asked if I could see the cameras for myself, he replied just as snotty like a child "no" the fact that I had to correct him on his attitude toward me was very sad. I told him they lost my clothes so what are they going to do to make it right amd he suggested to file a police report against them. Everyone here needs to be evaluated again and given a course on customer amd phone etiquette. They think just because they don't have a big fancy job that they don't have to treat customers with respect. I swear I was talking to a 10 year old on the phone. Sad.
