Once in a great while I encounter someone who can be only described as extraordinary. Dragon is one of those rare people. My first experience working with Dragon was during the hottest period of this summer when he started to replace my ailing HVAC system. He takes complete and total responsibility for his work. He's not done until he personally checked to see that it is working satisfactorily. He extends himself beyond what is reasonable - I'm thinking of one time in particular when he made himself available during his vacation (who does that for a customer??) Dragon Air exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Dragan, Ryan, and their crew were absolutely outstanding--professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. When our heater broke down over a holiday weekend in December, Ryan came out right away and had it fixed the same day, which we truly appreciated during an emergency. Unfortunately, due to the age of our system, it broke down again a few months later. Rather than leaving us stuck, Dragon Heating and Air generously applied a credit toward a brand-new HVAC system. Braden took our call early this morning about an AC fan motor that wasn't working and showed up within an hour. He was quick and professional and after checking on several things determined that my 13 year old fan motor was indeed giving up the ghost. He sourced another fan motor from a local supplier which ended up being faulty but was able to get that one replaced and installed all in under three hours total.
