Our thermostat had been giving us some issues as of late and we felt our rooms were too cold or off balance. We are thrilled to be working with the Dragon team. We purchased a new home and needed to find a company to oversee the care of the HVAC system. We are first time home buyers and completely freaked out when our ceiling started leaking from a clogged pipe connected to our attic air handler. I called Dragon Air at 6PM and left a voicemail. I was called back right away. Danny came the very next day and evaluated everything, the air handlers, piping, the sink connected to the piping, our A/C units. He unclogged our pipes and gave recommendations on how to maintain them as well as fixing the drain pan/piping (it's an obvious repair that needs to be done eventually). We have two units, one is ancient but works like a charm. Danny gave us recommendations on maintaining those as well. Danny was at our house for less than an hour and we had our A/C on and running in no time. And the cost was very reasonable. I was expecting an AC company to say everything needs replacement and be given an insane quote. Not with Dragon Air!!!! Danny didn't push us to make unnecessary repairs or replacements AT ALL! Excellent customer service. Dragan responded almost immediately late in the evening to my inquiry. He was at my home the next day and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He talked with me about the things he saw with my system, gave me pricing information immediately and left the decision to me. Within a shorten time span cold air was restored!! We had our fan motor break in our central a/c system and had a big name company come out, quote us on repair (along with a salesman to pitch a new system) and could fix the next day. We had been using the big name company for a decade. Unhappy with that, we then called Dragon Air and talked with the owner. He came out with his crew, identified the problem and cost to repair (almost half the cost). He fixed it within an hour but also identified a number of code violations from the prior install. I could not have had a better experience with Dragon Air Services this morning! The heat went out yesterday (not ideal in 40 degree weather) and he was at my house first thing in the morning, even 5 minutes early! Another company could have easily charged much more to fix my heater, and probably found a few extra parts that needed to be replaced, but Dragan was honest about the issue being minor and fixed it extremely quickly and for much less $$ than I would have guessed. I originally called a well-known company to diagnose and fix my AC issues. Boy, was that a mistake. The original company said I needed a new indoor coil, and had a few other problems, leaving me with an enormous quote. That company left, and I researched a local company instead. I found these guys and they were amazing. They came out, found the problem quickly, fixed it, and were friendly and honest. I also did not actually need an indoor coil, and these guys could have taken advantage of me and agreed with the previous quote, BUT they did not. They were honest, fast, and friendly and I left paying much less than originally quoted by another company. These guys did not take advantage of me, and were honest. Dragon Air Services gave me free estimate to install new a/c unit. Their price was very reasonable and installation was done as per schedule. This was last June. Today my a/c stopped working due to a/c line backup and technician was here in 30 minutes. The line was unclogged free of charge and my a/c was back on. Great service.
