We are first time home buyers and completely freaked out when our ceiling started leaking from a clogged pipe connected to our attic air handler. I called Dragon Air at 6PM and left a voicemail. I was called back right away. Danny came the very next day and evaluated everything, the air handlers, piping, the sink connected to the piping, our A/C units. He unclogged our pipes and gave recommendations on how to maintain them as well as fixing the drain pan/piping (it's an obvious repair that needs to be done eventually). We have two units, one is ancient but works like a charm. Danny gave us recommendations on maintaining those as well. Danny was at our house for less than an hour and we had our A/C on and running in no time. And the cost was very reasonable. We had our fan motor break in our central a/c system and had a big name company come out, quote us on repair (along with a salesman to pitch a new system) and could fix the next day. We had been using the big name company for a decade. Unhappy with that, we then called Dragon Air and talked with the owner.
