The drunken noodles weren't quite as bad as some of the other reviews were saying. It wasn't the MOST flavorful but textures were okay and the chili powder was the perfect kick for flavor. Passing through Buena Vista my friends and I decided on trying Latinos Restaurant & Dragon Sushi Bar. Our party of 4 was greeted and seated right away (they have indoor and outdoor seating btw). Extensive menu of items to choose and I went with the Green Curry. Very large sharable and satisfying portions size (see my pic). The curry had the perfect amount of spice- as I like my food spicy. After a full day of outdoor activity, this meal hit the spot. Service was attentive, friendly and bilingual (spoke English and Spanish). Free parking, okay restrooms here. In the end, we were glad to have taken a chance on this restaurant, despite it lacking not so many Yelp reviews. read more

I will say the fried rice portions are huge so well worth the money. But I think they might be in over their heads. Yes the building is for sale but has been for years. I have seen atleast 4 resturants and an ebike business in the structure. But for Latinos, its just alot going on. The sushi was less quality than what you can get at City Market. I dont see them being around in the next 2 years. read more

I've had both the sushi and the Latin American food here. Here are my thoughts: Latin food: WOW! I went in expecting a basic Mexican place and boy was I pleasantly surprised that it isn't! The menu is a wide variety of Colombian, Venezuelan and other regional dishes that I haven't been exposed to. I ventured out and LOVED every single thing that I tried. This is a rare gem in BV that has no competition at all! Sushi: Serviceable, but certainly not amazing. Fish is fresh and it's a great value for the price, but nothing terribly flavorful. But for a mountain town - it's good. For both the service is fine. Nothing special, but attentive and pleasant. It's a clean atmosphere and definitely a place that I will return to. read more

We went to the old location a few times and really enjoyed it. This was our first visit at their new home. The girl who eventually greeted us didn't seem too excited to have new customers but told us to sit wherever we wanted on the patio (pretty nice views). We ordered drinks and her took forever to return. We ordered vegetable tempura (delicious), an avocado roll (mediocre), pad Thai (decent but I didn't recognize it as pad Thai), and the most tasteless drunken noodles I have ever eaten. I had to get up twice for service because the waitress was just chatting at the bar. We seemed like a major inconvenience. She was friendlier when it was time to leave a tip. I might go back for lunch instead of dinner but with several new Asian restaurants in the area, I will try them first. Too bad! read more

Had a confirmed reservation on Yelp for 8 PM. Website and Yelp said it was open until 9 PM. Showed up and the restaurant was closed and dark with a for property for sale sign. Since this restaurant is no longer in business it needs to be removed from Yelp. read more

My husband and I are super foodies, and when we came in and reviewed the menu, we were astounded - sushi and Colombian Peruvian style food, couldn't be true. We ordered some off of each menu, and the food was absolutely amazing. The Ropa Vieja was delicious as was the cazuela montanera. The sushi portions were great and fresh. The owner came out and chatted with us and we really enjoyed hearing his story. Great place to go for delicious food!! read more

The ambiance could use some work, very odd decorations that did not really match. However they did have a large toddler kid play area that would be great for young family's!!! Peruvian empanadas, beef dishes such as Ropa Vieja, some fish options. Choices are heavy, with meats, cheeses, dough wrapping. My friend's Salmon was over cooked. Service was enthusiastic, helpful and courteous with food descriptions that were largely unfamiliar to me. Basic, functional atmosphere. Needs more air circulation, as it was very warm and a little stuffy inside. Sushi bar looked good. The mixture of Japanese sushi with regional Andes seemed surprising until I remembered that Peru had an ethnic Japanese President in the past. The breakfast menu looks promising. This is a brand new place just getting it sorted out. I think it looks promising, so keep your eyes open. It looks like they can handle large groups, though they were set up for smaller when we went. Amazing experience! My family and I went there last night for dinner. Some of the best sushi and the Arepa was out of this world. Hands down the BEST! Everything on the menu looks amazing and you can tell the chef puts so mich passion into his food. The food was outstanding -- super fresh and full of flavor. The service was incredible too. It's strange to have a restaurant that serves sushi and Latin food but it really works. It was nice to get some sushi in a place I didn't expect. Their spring rolls. And peanut sauce were the perfect 14er snack. I saved them for the next day. My kids enjoyed their California roll. The only interesting thing is they don't seem to have smoked salmon. Their Philadelphia roll had raw salmon. Small seating area, but looked nice. This is two restaurants in one. We were in the mood for the Latino menu. A friend and I had the Arepas Paisa and it was a delicious combination of flavors over a corn cake accompanied by a savory cilantro sauce. Another person had the Pollo Saltado and another had the beef Saltado - excellent! To start your dinner get the corn cakes appetizer. Other diners were enjoying sushi or other Asian cuisine. Don't let the unassuming building/location fool you! This is among the best sushi I have ever had, anywhere in the US including major coastal cities. Every time I've been there for lunch I've seen FedEx delivering fresh fish. The spicy edamame is amazing, the lunch specials are the best value you will ever find, and everything else on the menu is great. The owners and chef moved here from Miami where they worked at a high end sushi restaurant. Nothing else in town can hold a flame to Dragon, go get you some! read more
